Employment is the foundation of a country's people's livelihood.Only stable employment can guarantee national prosperity.Small and micro businesses novel coronavirus pneumonia is facing great pressure on survival,especially in 2020,when the outbreak of novel COVID-19 pneumonia is becoming more and more serious.The small and medium-sized enterprises are facing a crisis of survival,and the demand for jobs has shrunk.Employment in all walks of life is facing challenges.The employment problem in universities is particularly prominent.General secretary Xi Jinping put forward "Six Stability" and "Six Guarantees" on the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.Among them,"Steady Employment" ranked first.College graduates are the main body of human resources supply and the priority among priorities.In this context,how to give full play to their own advantages and implement high-quality employment is a subject worthy of in-depth study.Ideological and political education is not only related to the construction of social spiritual civilization,but also one of the important means to alleviate social contradictions and solve related problems."On strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities under the new situation" and other programmatic documents guide the future direction of how to improve the ideological and political education work in Colleges and universities in the new era.For colleges and universities with industry characteristics,it is of great significance to implement the party's and national policies,strengthen and further improve the ideological and political education in the employment guidance of colleges and universities with industry characteristics according to the needs of social development and combining with their own characteristics.Based on this,this study will introduce ideological and political education into the field of employment guidance,mainly through literature research,comparative research,questionnaire survey,interview method for industry characteristic colleges and universities,based on the review and summary of relevant research status,put forward the research direction,further explore the impact of Ideological and political education on employment guidance in Colleges and universities with industry characteristics Education as a means of education and employment guidance work integration,and from the perspective ofIdeological and political education to provide effective strategies to deal with the employment problem.This study analyzes the employment situation and characteristics of industry characteristic colleges and universities,and carries out empirical research on the role of Ideological and political education in the employment guidance of industry characteristic colleges and universities,and investigates the role relationship of Ideological and political education in employment guidance in current industry characteristic colleges and universities.In order to deal with the deficiencies of Ideological and political education in the content,form and team building of employment guidance,this paper puts forward effective improvement measures from three aspects of driving,operation and feedback,and tries to grasp the weakest and core elements of Ideological and political education in employment guidance of colleges and universities with industry characteristics from the perspective of system and development.It includes: from the preliminary preparation and driving links,taking the main demand as the internal driving force,integrating the ideological and political education into the employment guidance course,innovating the ideological and political education mode in the employment guidance,strengthening the construction of the ideological and political education team;strengthening the employment oriented in the medium-term operation link,adjusting the curriculum arrangement and improving the course content,innovating the teaching methods and combining the professional characteristics and respect the law of development and personal situation;the feedback link in the later stage will create a closed loop of "evaluation feedback optimization",establish a two-way mutual evaluation system for industry characteristic colleges and universities,and form a dynamic supervision mechanism,so as to provide new paths and ideas for the effective implementation of employment guidance work in Colleges and universities with industry characteristics,and further help them determine their long-term development direction according to their own reality and need,formulate development strategy and education plan,build innovative talent training system and ideological and political education work system,then improve students' employment quality and core competitiveness of colleges and universities.
