In recent years,the topic of cultivating the core qualities of mathematics in mathematics teaching has become a research hotspot,and the concept of mathematics as the basis of mathematics learning has a certain abstraction for primary school students.Therefore,it is necessary to study the relationship between elementary school mathematics concept teaching and mathematics core literacy.The research significance of this article is to improve the effect of classroom concept teaching and implement the cultivation of students' mathematics core literacy meanwhile.First,through studying the new curriculum standards and a large number of related documents carefully,the theoretical basis,basic principles,basic strategies and basic process of instructional design for elementary mathematics teaching in the core literacy of mathematics are proposed;Then,through surveying the current situation of elementary school mathematics concept teaching that points to the core literacy of mathematics in ten primary schools in the urban area of Yulin.Finally,taking the teaching of "round recognition" in the sixth grade as an example,the concept teaching design that points to the core literacy of mathematics applied to the experimental class in the actual classroom,and using SPSS25.0 to analyze the test results of the two classes,and combined with the students' classroom and after-class performance to comprehensively analyze the classroom teaching effect.Through research,the author found the problems in the teaching of mathematics concepts in elementary school.Teachers: wrong position of mathematics concept teaching,insufficient understanding of concept connotation and low level of teacher information literacy;students: lack of motivation and mechanical rigidity of concept learning.Combining the basic theory given in chapter 2 with the teaching strategies and conceptual teaching design process of each link,the analysis of the academic performance of the two classes finally shows that the teaching effect of the experimentalclass is significantly better than that of the control class,which further proves the rationality of the basic requirements,basic principles,basic strategies,teaching design process in the concept teaching process which the author proposes.
