Mathematics concept is the basic form of mathematics thinking, and it is veryimportant to students’ mathematics literacy, so teachers should pay more attention tomathematics concept. However, there are different levels of mathematical concepts.We found that some mathematical concepts have the function of making themathematical knowledge together, and finally forming a concept system; some arejust for some agreement and called the name. The former concepts, because it has theimportant meaning to help students forming good cognitive structure of mathematics,we call it the the core concept of mathematics.At present, there are many researches on the core concepts of mathematics, butmost of them just use an example of specific to research. This kind of researches’sinadequacy is lack of theoretical basis, without the establishment of core concepts ofmathematics. Therefore, the study about the core concepts of mathematics shoulddefine the core concepts of mathematics firstly, then discuss its characteristics,value,and finally analyze its teaching on how to reflect its characteristics.Specifically,this study includes the following six parts:Chapter One The introduction introduces the origin of research, and putforward the content of this research:(1)Defining the core concepts of mathematics,including the core concept of mathematics’connotation,value,characteristic’sanalysis;(2)Basing on the characteristics and the value of mathematics concepts,thinking on how to teach the core of mathematics;(3)Using the high school’smathematics compulsory content as a carrier, analysis and discuss the core concept ofcorresponding mathematics.After the research content, then introduced the researchideas and methods of this research, and made a research review on the related researchcontents.Chapter two Discussion on the core concepts of mathematics theory. Thischapter mainly solves the problem of the theory includes the core concepts ofmathematics definition and its characteristic, value. It starts from the interpretation of"core" of the word, and combine the characteristics of the mathematics to analyze thecore concept of mathematics can cause coherent. Through the analysis, pointed outthat the core concepts of mathematics is a concept system, or as a source of concepts,or mathematical thinking reflected through the contents of the system, or marked asignificant change in the mathematical method which plays a key role in the whole concept of the system. After defining the core concepts of mathematics, furtheranalysis of the characteristics and the value of its. The characteristic of the coreconcepts of mathematics from the view of mathematics,it is a connection,basic, richmathematics concept;From the view of student’s learning, it has fundamental andgrowth characteristics. On the value, this chapter mainly analyzes its significance inimproving students’ mathematics accomplishment.Chapter three Discussion on the core concept of the high school mathematicscurriculum. A chapter on the above core concepts of mathematics theory as the basis,this chapter through the high school mathematics curriculum as an example ofspecific mathematical core concepts related to screening, and its connection,foundation, rich characteristic expansion material analysis.Chapter four Discussion on the core concepts of mathematics teaching. Thecore concept of mathematical belongs to the general mathematical concept, and it hasits own unique characteristics, so the teaching discussion, this chapter carried outalong this train of thought. The guideline of "mathematics education", this chapteruses the traditional concept of teaching mode and the concept of APOS teachingtheory model of the teaching mode of operation, and finally puts forward themathematical expression of the core concept of the teaching mode of operation:(1)Theoperating stage—The introduction of the concept;(2)Process stage—Abstractconcept;(3)The object stage—With the deepening of the concept of consolidation;(4)Probability model stage—Applying the concept.Chapter five The core concept of mathematics teaching cases. In this chapter,We use the concept of function as a teaching case.Through the connection, thefundamental characteristics, rich teaching preparation analysis, and the mode ofoperation of teaching the core concepts of mathematics, this chapter has launched theanalysis teaching process related.Chapter six Summary and reflection. For this study, theoretical and practicalproblems on the core concepts of mathematics can be solved to some extent. However,there is an empirical question, which provides the direction for the follow-up study.
