Research On The Teaching System Of Manufacturing Executive Management In Electronic Assembly Enterprises

For a manufacturing enterprise,the automation and informatization of production activities are the basis and important means to improve product quality and output,especially for the electronic assembly industry as one of the high-tech manufacturing industries.The shop floor manufacturing execution system is the core system to help the electronic assembly industry enterprises improve their manufacturing management ability^[1].The process of enterprise informatization is inseparable from the cultivation of talents in Colleges and universities.Manufacturing enterprises have higher requirements for the production management related teaching of industrial engineering,logistics engineering,enterprise management,electronic information and other business management and mechanical disciplines in Colleges and universities.At present,for the teaching of enterprise informatization,many colleges and universities only stay at the theoretical level,so it is difficult for students to connect theory with practice.In view of the above problems,this paper will design a manufacturing execution management teaching system suitable for electronic assembly enterprises,which combines the practical background of enterprises and the scientific research background of colleges and universities.In the part of theoretical analysis,as the mapping of manufacturing execution system to teaching curriculum corresponds to the knowledge system of production management,when the teaching content is involved in the following article,the application status of production management related theory review,teaching curriculum system and manufacturing execution system in the enterprise level and teaching level is first summarized.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the actual business process and production process of the electronic assembly enterprise,and analyzes the characteristics of the electronic assembly enterprise based on the general manufacturing execution management system.System modeling is the basis of system simulation,and system simulation is the premise of system analysis and design[2].Begin from curriculum system,business process,the status quo of the application system and related software contrast to the system requirement analysis,and on the basis of demand analysis using IDEF modeling method of system modeling,the teaching system for manufacturing execution management overall function module,basic data module,the workshop production management module,production statistics management module three child function module modeling,can provide the basis for system design modeling support.In the part of system design,the basic design principles and objectives are first elaborated,and then the business process of the teaching system is designed according to the actual business process of the enterprise corresponding to the curriculum system.Finally,the design of the whole system and the sub-modules is completed.In the application part of the system,after investigating the actual enterprise and obtaining the actual data,the author designed an emergency insert form,and described and summarized the changes of the production and processing department and assembly department of the electronic assembly enterprise from the aspects of the experimental situation,enterprise background,experimental purpose and experimental implementation.Based on the assembly data from the investigation of the enterprise,the general steps of product assembly are understood through the process flow of the department assembly and assembly,and the operation of the manufacturing execution management teaching system is used to enable the students to understand the workshop operation process from the receipt of customer orders to the final product delivery to the customer.The research on the teaching system of manufacturing executive management in electronic assembly enterprises can improve the quality of practical teaching,and provide some help for students to cultivate their ability to solve practical problems,innovate and make decisions,and also play a positive role in promoting the development of automation and informatization in the national manufacturing industry.
