As a base for training "big country craftsmen",Vocational colleges should shoulder the social responsibility of cultivating high-quality talents for the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry.Technological changes have promoted the industrial revolution.From the late 19 th century to the present,we have experienced four industrial revolutions.From the mechanization of factories to today’s intelligent manufacturing,industrial changes have triggered job changes,and traditional jobs will be replaced by robots.New technologies and new industries will give birth to new professional talent specifications.From job abilities to general professional abilities,from obedience to questioning,from text literacy to digital literacy,information literacy,design thinking,innovative thinking,and artistic literacy.In order to adapt to industrial development,the state has also issued a series of documents to support the reform and development of vocational education.For example: "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan","Made in China 2025",etc.From the Student situation analysis,students are also changing,from traditional survivors to "machine intelligence +",students are changing,and the classroom is also need change.The main forms of traditional teaching methods are teachers lectures,students listening to lectures,theoretical closed-book examinations,and more emphasis on the explanation of theoretical foundations.Such a teaching method is not conducive to the cultivation of students’ operational skills,innovative thinking,team spirit,and problem-solving ability.The author has read a lot of literature on the reform of vocational teaching method.Among them,the action-oriented teaching method is based on ability and emphasizes the improvement of students’ comprehensive vocational ability.Based on the theoretical research of the action-oriented teaching method,this paper has done practical research on the application of the action-oriented teaching method to the course of "electronic assembly",and found out the positive influence of the action-oriented teaching method on students,so as to improve the purpose of the teaching quality of the course "Installation"."Electronic Assembly" is an important professional internship course for electrical and electronic majors(such as electrical operation and control majors,electronic information majors).In order to improve the teaching quality of this course,this article investigates and studies the current situation of the establishment of electrical and electronic professional courses in secondary vocational colleges,and analyzes the general problems existing in the teaching process of electrical and electronic professional courses in secondary vocational colleges.Conducted a survey of talent needs and job tasks and positions in the employment units of electrical and electronic majors.This article uses the literature research method and the interview method to analyze the basic theories of the action-oriented teaching method.Use case method,interview method,questionnaire survey method to find out the current problems in the development of electrical and electronic professional courses in secondary vocational colleges.Based on the investigation of domestic and foreign action-oriented teaching methods,this article is based on the theory of action-oriented teaching methods.Combining the school’s hardware equipment,the content of the "Electronic Assembly" course in vocational schools and the characteristics of electrical and electronic majors,the teaching organization design of the course was carried out and the course was reconstructed.The innovative point of teaching design is: the design of learning task plan is an improved learning project based on post work.The experimental objects were selected,and professional class tests were conducted on the experimental objects to ensure the accuracy of the experimental data.The teaching design was carried out in two parallel classes of the electrical operation and control major of the Department of Electrical Engineering in two parallel classes of No.18 Middle School 1 and No.18 Middle School 2 Class.Use interview method and questionnaire survey method to analyze the experimental results.Through experimental analysis of data,it can be seen that the "electronic assembly" course designed with an action-oriented teaching method can improve students’ comprehensive professional skills,such as: students’ problem-solving ability,innovation ability,teamwork ability and so on.
