| "First-class craftsmen decide first-class manufacturing industry" has been unanimously recognized by the world’s manufacturing powers.Throughout the United States,Germany,Japan and other manufacturing powers,they all have world-leading manufacturing technology,high-quality and high-precision manufacturing products,skilled workers with excellent quality and sustainable development of manufacturing industry guarantee.Along with the global “skilled worker gap”,the shortage of skilled talents has an increasing impact on the economy and society.The profound lessons of reality have warned us that we must attach great importance to the protection of skilled personnel.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the needs of skilled workers in key electronic manufacturing industry in Chongqing by combining qualitative and quantitative research,taking into account the factors such as the subject,object,internal and external environment of skilled workers’ talent protection,and to provide reference for promoting skilled workers’ security in key electronic manufacturing industry in Chongqing.This paper first defines the concepts of "skilled workers" and "key electronic manufacturing enterprises",and reviews and summarizes the research status of important foreign theories and domestic related issues.Secondly,by analyzing the status of Chongqing’s key electronics manufacturing industry in Chongqing’s economic development and the difficulties encountered in the development process,it reveals the important roles and shortcomings of key electronics manufacturing skilled workers in industrial transformation and upgrading.Thirdly,through in-depth field research of key electronic manufacturing enterprises in Chongqing,this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of the training of skilled workers in key electronics manufacturing industries,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving the training mechanism of skilled workers in key electronic manufacturing industries in Chongqing.On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: firstly,government departments should issue relevant policies on skilled workers and build a multi-channel security system;secondly,social subjects should participate in public,establish and improve investment mechanism,training mechanism,management mechanism and evaluation mechanism;thirdly,strengthen the training of skilled workers,create a good social atmosphere,and advocate mutual benefit.Labor-capital relationship;Fourth,using artificial intelligence technology to solve the problem of shortage of skilled personnel and ensure the development needs of electronic manufacturing industry;Fifth,returning to the market,reducing government intervention,drawing lessons from foreign typical training mode,pilot exploration of new ways to effectively solve the contradiction between supply and demand of skilled workers. |
