With the flattening of organizations and the emergence of borderless careers,career transitions and job mobility have become a more common phenomenon.People are becoming more and more aware that in order to achieve professional success,they must pay more attention to their professional growth.In the workplace environment,leadership is the most direct situation for employees.Different leadership styles will affect employees 'work attitudes and behaviors.As a typical negative leadership,abusive supervision will negatively affect the subordinates' psychology,attitude and behavior.Because the traditional culture of our country is based on "human relations",it emphasizes the social order of courtesy.The high power distance cultural background leads to a large number of abusive supervision phenomena in China's organizational context.Faced with such a situation,different employees will choose different ways to deal with it.If employees have high workplace spiritual characteristics,out of recognition of work,team and organization,they may actively carry out psychological adjustment and alleviate the negative impacts of abusive supervision.It is also beneficial to individual career growth,but the specific mechanism of it is worthy of our in-depth discussion.Therefore,based on the social exchange theory,resource conservation theory and emotional cognitive evaluation theory,this paper puts forward research hypotheses and constructs theoretical models.Taking employees as research objects,311 valid questionnaires were collected,and the collected data was analyzed using SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software to test the relationship between abusive supervision,psychache,workplace spirituality,and career growth.The main conclusions of the study are: “Abusive supervision has a negative impact on employee career growth;Abusive supervision has a positive impact on psychache;Psychache has a negative impact on employee career growth”,At the same time,it verified that "psychache has an intermediary effect in the relationship between abusive supervision and employee career growth" and "workplace spirituality has a moderating effect in psychache and employee career growth",further deepening the mechanism of the impact of abusive supervision and career growth the study.
