Research On The Status Quo Of Coach Teams Of Campus Basketball Characteristic Schools In Guangdong Province Senior Middle Schools

Basketball has been introduced to China for 120 years.After the baptism of the years of war,until the early 21 st century,basketball has developed rapidly and gradually embarked on a professional process.However,in many basketball games held in our country,whether it is the Chinese Men's Professional Basketball League(CBA)or many national youth games,the level is still low.The root cause is directly related to the shortage of basketball reserve talents,backward training methods and concepts,and the low level of coaches.Under this background,the widespread development of campus basketball sports tries to reverse this situation.Therefore,the investigation of the current situation of the construction of coach teams in the high school campus basketball special schools in Guangdong Province,the development factors of the coach teams in the Guangdong high school campus basketball special schools,the promotion of the development of basketball in Guangdong Province,the construction of coach teams,and the improvement of coach teams Quality,as well as the long-term development of basketball,are of great significance.This article uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to pass the recognition of the basic situation,training situation,knowledge structure and professional literacy of basketball coaches of basketball schools in Guangdong high school campus.And the current status of the management of the coach team is investigated,and suggestions for the development of the coach team are put forward,and the following conclusions are drawn:Research indicates:1.The age structure of the coach team is more reasonable,and the characteristics of youth are more obvious,which is conducive to the development of the coach team,but it lacks highly educated talents and high-qualified coaches.2.The level of scientific training of coaches is not high,and the established training plan and training goals are not coordinated with each other.The training effect is not good,and the training ability needs to be improved.3.Insufficient attention to basketball referee knowledge.4.The selection of coaches in most units lacks fair competition.Most of the coaches are part-time physical education teachers,the training quality is not high,the training content is not targeted,and the effect is not obvious.
