Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Post Of"three Assistant" For Postgraduates In Colleges And Universities

The relevant management work of "three assistance" for postgraduates is an important guarantee for the development of "three assistance".The establishment of a scientific and perfect management system and implementation methods is conducive to the development of "three assistance" work and the improvement of management efficiency and service level.By using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the current situation of the "three assistance" work of graduate students in three universities in Heilongjiang Province,understands the cognition of graduate students to the "three assistance" work,and analyzes the problems existing in the current "three assistance" work management.Combined with the analysis of the interview survey,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and then puts forward the strategies to improve the "three assistance" work,so as to meet the needs of the development of graduate work and promote the improvement of the quality of graduate training.This paper is divided into the following parts:The first chapter is the theoretical basis.This paper defines and expounds the theories in this paper,including human resource management theory,student participation theory,education equity theory,Maslow's demand level theory,which provides policy and theoretical support for the following research.The second chapter is the investigation of the post work of "three assistance" for postgraduates.In this paper,through the questionnaire survey and interview to the graduate students of different grades in three universities in Heilongjiang Province,and using Excel 2007 and Spss22.0 software to analyze the data and interview materials obtained in the questionnaire survey,we can clearly understand the current situation of the post work of "three assistants" of the graduate students in universities.The third chapter is the analysis of the causes of the existing problems.Through the analysis of the relevant data,we can get the actual problems,and then analyze the causes of the existing problems in the post of "three assistance" of university graduate students,lay the groundwork for the proposal of countermeasures.The fourth chapter is countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the above discussion and analysis,put forward the strategy to improve the post work of "three assistant".
