The research on the factors that affect the difficulty of teaching mostly stays in the discussion of the difficulty of knowledge itself,and some researchers involve the influence of teachers' own teaching ability.However,there will still be a large decline in student performance in key high schools,which has aroused the author's attention.Literature research found that for the study of factors that affect the difficulty of teaching,it is more judged from the perspective of the teacher,while ignoring the students' subjective feelings.Therefore,from the perspective of students,based on the research of the existing teaching difficulty,the author found that the teaching difficulty caused by human factors has increased.The human factors here are mainly divided into two aspects: on the one hand,it mainly comes from the fact that the teacher's teaching design is not very reasonable,the teaching implementation has not really implemented the teaching difficulties,the teaching monitoring is not timely,and the teaching progress is not adjusted in the first place.There is no reason to solve students' classroom problems.On the other hand,it is caused by the students' own reasons.They do not develop scientific learning habits,and the awareness of autonomous learning is weak,which leads to the relative increase in teaching difficulty.This study used questionnaires,paper-and-pencil tests,and classroom observations.After redefining the human factors in teaching difficulty,the questionnaire survey was used to determine the four main influencing factors,and Excel was used to sort out the questionnaire data.The SPSS describes the probability and independence T test to determine the impact of human factors on teaching difficulty.Using SPSS bivariate correlation analysis to further analyze the questionnaire and paper-and-pencil test scores,we can find the influence of human factors in the teaching difficulty on the mathematics scores of the freshmen.Finally,it is concluded that the difficulty of teaching has a significant impact on high school mathematics performance.Different teaching difficulty has different effects on students' mathematics performance.Several suggestions to reduce the difficulty of teaching caused by human factors: 1.Teachers must have solid knowledge of mathematics,mathematics teaching knowledge,mathematics curriculum knowledge,and general pedagogy to improve their own skills,and require teachers to delve into new curriculum standards and be reasonable Design teaching difficulty,and strive to improve teaching design ability,teaching implementation(operation)ability and teaching monitoring(evaluation and adjustment)ability.2.For the teaching design of teachers,you can appropriately reduce the difficulty of example questions in the teaching process,and pay more attention to the explanation of the method.3.Motivate students to optimize their learning methods.Encourage students to learn,enhance the fun of the classroom,and introduce relevant knowledge such as the history of mathematics.The final conclusion is that reducing the difficulty of teaching increased by human factors can effectively improve student achievement.
