As time goes on, everybody gets the right to receive education and everybody needs education. Education equality has already gradually become the mutual recognition. But in senior school, lots of the mathematics learning difficulty students existence objectively and outstandingly. Math has been the first obstacle in senior school study for many junior middle school graduates with excellent math study record. It hinders the full and healthy development of students, impedes the development of education in every country and interferes with its education effect. Many educationists and scholars have made much research in difficulties of learning from every angle and thus got many important conclusions. The question of mathematics learning difficulty students is the sub-question of learning difficulty students, and increasingly draws people's attention. Currently quite a lot of research on mathematics learning difficulty students mainly focuses on nine years of compulsory education stage. While little is on mathematics learning difficulty students in senior school especially about the non-intelligence factors of the mathematics learning difficulty students in Grade One of senior school.This article utilizes the method which unions the theory and the practice. And according to the main characters of the non- intelligence factor of the mathematics learning difficulty students in Grade One of senior school, which are lazily displays in mathematics study, deficient interest of mathematics study, inferiority in mathematics study, the self-confidence being bad, excessively anxious, lacks the carrying capacity, weak will, the existence emotion barrier, the deficient health upward appeal, lacks the successful experience, the improper achievement turns over to because of ,it discusses the reason of affecting the non-intelligence factor of the mathematics learning difficulty students in Grade One of senior school, and proposes the corresponding improvement countermeasure. Through carrying on the questionnaire survey to 248 senior students, and 64 mathematics distinguished students and 76 mathematics difficulty students in the non- intelligence various factors carries on the different examination, at the same time unifies the correlation theories and own many years studies'experience, and discovers that the reason of affecting the non- intelligence factor of the mathematics learning difficulty students in Grade One of senior school: the reason which affects the non- intelligence factor of the mathematics learning difficulty students in Grade One of senior school mainly constitutes the internal reason and the external reason .
