Purpose of the study: This study conducted a 6-week exercise intervention on methamphetamine-induced detoxification personnel to detect drug craving levels and changes in plasma ?Fos B and c-Fos levels before and after exercise intervention. The impact of the degree of craving of drug addicts and analysis of related mechanisms. To provide a certain theoretical basis for future exercise intervention drug detoxification.Research objects and methods: After a preliminary screening of 1,200 male forced abstinence personnel in the Bainihu compulsory detoxification center in Hunan Province,a total of 539 METH detoxifiers were screened out.Using the above specific screening criteria to further screen 539 METH users, and finally screen out 120 METH withdrawal persons who meet the criteria for participating in sports interventions, using simple random sampling,80 METH withdrawal persons were selected to participate this study. In the blood drawing process before exercise intervention, blood sample collection was difficult due to the sinking of blood vessels of the drug addict and the eating of breakfast before blood drawing. In the process,22 people were eliminated.Using random number table method, the remaining 58 subjects were divided into exercise group and control group.Exercise intervention was carried out on the subjects using aerobic combined resistance training. The 29 people in the exercise group received 5 times a week for 60 minutes each time(including 5 minutes of warm-up,30 minutes of aerobic training,20 minutes of resistance training and 5 minutes of Relax and stretch)exercise intervention for 6 weeks.29 people in the control group only had routine compulsory withdrawal. After the exercise intervention,1 person withdrew halfway through the exercise group,2 people came out of the control group in advance, and the number of subjects included in the analysis was 55.Before and after exercise intervention, virtual reality(VR)technology and analog visual scale(VAS)were used to assess the psychological craving degree of METH withdrawal. The plasma levels of ?Fos B and c-Fos were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The covariance was used to analyze the difference of ?Fos B,c-Fos plasma levels and VAS craving degree scores of METH withdrawal in the exercise group and the control group. The non-parametric test Pearson correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between the degree of VAS craving and the drug use years of METH withdrawal;the correlation analysis between the degree of VAS craving and the plasma levels of ?Fos B and c-Fos.Results: Comparing before and after the intervention, the degree of VAS craving in the exercise group was reduced, and the difference is very significant(P < 0.01),while the degree of VAS craving in the control group is not significantly different(P > 0.05).Comparing before and after the intervention, the plasma ?Fos B level in the exercise group increased, and the difference is very significant(P < 0.01),while the plasma ?Fos B level in the control group decreased, and the difference is very significant(P <0.01).Comparing before and after the intervention, the plasma c-Fos level in the exercise group increased, and the difference is very significant(P <0.01).The c-Fos level in the control group decreased, and the difference is very significant(P <0.01).Before the intervention, the degree of VAS craving was positively correlated with the time of drug use(r=0.47;P <0.01);The degree of VAS craving is negatively correlated with the plasma level of ?FosB(r=-0.68;P <0.01);The degree of VAS craving was negatively correlated with c-Fos plasma level(r=-0.57;P <0.01).Conclusion: 1.6 weeks of exercise training reduces the level of drug cravings of METH withdrawal.2.6 weeks of exercise training promoted the increase of ?Fos B and c-Fos plasma levels in patients with METH withdrawal.3.The plasma levels of ?Fos B and c-Fos in METH withdrawal are related to the degree of VAS craving.Exercise training may improve the craving degree of METH withdrawal by increasing the plasma levels of ?Fos B and c-Fos.This provides a certain theoretical basis for finding plasma markers in the periphery that reflect the degree of craving of withdrawal persons.4.In addition, this study also found that the longer the METH withdrawal drug abusers, the higher the degree of craving.
