Research purpose Through the 6-week exercise intervention on the methamphetamine drug addicts in compulsory isolation, the level of craving and the changes of plasma IL-1 ?,TNF-? and IL-6 concentration before and after exercise were detected, the improvement of craving degree of methamphetamine addicts by aerobic combined resistance training was analyzed, and the mechanism of peripheral inflammation was explored to reduce the relapse rate and better for the drug addicts Return to society provides a certain theoretical basis.Research object and method Participants: 765 male drug addicts from Changqiao compulsory isolation and rehabilitation center in Changsha City,Hunan Province were selected as the subjects, who were checked for their physical health and physical activity to ensure their physical health and fitness for exercise. At the same time, they met the needs of men who had no previous mental history, who were in line with the new drug(methylamphetamine),who were between 25-45 years old,who had been taking drugs for more than five years According to the condition of no anti-inflammatory drugs and vr-vas,90 drug addicts were selected and divided into three groups: no craving control group, craving controgroup and craving exercise group. Methods: the thirsty group was given60 minutes a day,5 days a week for 6 weeks. The process of exercise intervention is divided into three stages. The first stage is the adaptation stage, which is carried out in the first week. The intensity of aerobic exercise is 60%-65% HRmax. The second stage is the adjustment stage, which is completed from the second week to the fourth week. The intensity of aerobic exercise is 65%-70% HRmax. The third stage is the lifting stage, from the fifth week to the sixth week, aerobic exercise intensity is 70%-75% HRmax. The first stage training intensity of strength resistance is 60% 1-RM.From the second stage, the training intensity can be increased(2%-10%)each time when the load is 1-2times on the basis of completing the previous stage training task, until the end of the final training task. The real-time heart rate monitoring of the thirsty exercise group was carried out by using the telemetry heart rate meter polar V800.The concentrations of IL-1 ?,TNF-? and IL-6were measured by ELISA,and the data were analyzed by paired sample t test, independent sample t test, covariance analysis and Pearson correlation analysis.Result T-test results of VAS score, heart rate and blood pressure of independent samples before and after lead induction in exercise intervention: after lead induction, craving, heart rate and blood pressureof non craving control group were lower than those before lead induction(P > 0.05);after lead induction, craving, heart rate and blood pressure of craving control group and craving exercise group were higher than those before lead induction(P < 0.01).The results of t-test of independent samples of vr-vas score before exercise: before exercise intervention, the vr-vas score of non craving control group was lower than that of craving control group and craving exercise group(P < 0.01);there was no significant difference between craving control group and craving exercise group(P > 0.05).The result of covariance analysis of vr-vas score: the vr-vas score of craving exercise group was lower than that of craving control group(P <0.01).T-test results of independent samples of plasma IL-1 ?,TNF-?,IL-6 concentrations before exercise: the plasma IL-1 ?,TNF-?,IL-6concentrations in the non craving control group were lower than those in the craving control group and the craving exercise group(P < 0.01);there was no significant difference in plasma IL-1 ?,TNF-?,IL-6concentrations between the craving control group and the craving exercise group(P > 0.05).The results of covariance analysis of plasma IL-1 ?,TNF-? and IL-6 showed that the concentration of IL-1 ? in craving exercise group was lower than that in craving control group(P < 0.05);the concentrationof TNF-? in craving exercise group was lower than that in craving control group(P < 0.05);the concentration of IL-6 in craving exercise group was lower than that in craving control group(P < 0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis between vr-vas score and plasma IL-1 ?,TNF-? and IL-6 showed that the level of vr-vas craving was positively correlated with plasma concentrations of IL-1 ?,TNF-?and IL-6,respectively,r = 0.838,P < 0.01;r = 0.826,P < 0.01;r = 0.822,P < 0.01.Conclusion Six-week incremental load of aerobic combined resistance training can reduce the levels of IL-1 ?,TNF-?,IL-6 in plasma, and to a certain extent, reduce the degree of vr-vas cue induced craving, make the body or psychology of methamphetamine abstainers recover to a certain extent, play a significant role in fighting against peripheral inflammation and significantly improve the degree of cue induced craving in methamphetamine abstainers.
