Labor education is an issue that is constantly being discussed and new,showing different characteristics and trends in the development of different historical stages.Today,with the continuous development of science and technology,the continuous change of labor patterns,and the continuous advancement of education reform,we are called upon to strengthen our thinking about labor education in the new era.Core literacy leads the curriculum reform and education model reform,and provides a new perspective for the research of labor education.The primary school stage is the basic stage of the entire education process,and it is necessary to study the primary school labor education from the perspective of core literacy.This paper uses literature research method to collect,analyze and sort out the literature materials about Primary School Labor Education and Core Literacy,and combs the development of Primary School Labor Education in China.From the perspective of Core Literacy,this paper expounds the development of Primary School Labor Education,clarifies the elements and characteristics of primary school labor education.This paper then clarifies the new requirements for primary school labor education in the new era by interpreting the policy documents of primary school labor education: The Primary School Labor Education goals highlight "student-oriented";The content of Primary School Labor Education embodies "practice innovation",the primary school labor activities are rich and diverse.Through field research and case analysis,the preliminary results of the implementation of core literacy in primary school labor education are summarized: The primary school students' awareness of independent labor is enhanced;primary school students' ability to find problems is improved;primary school students' ability touse technology is enhanced.At the same time,it also discusses the plight of the implementation of core literacy in primary school labor education:Education: Primary School Labor Education is solidified into labor;Primary School Labor Education is alienated into entertainment;Primary School Labor Education is narrowed to activities,and its reasons are analyzed in conjunction with interview methods: Core literacy is insufficiently penetrated in the goal of primary school labor education,teachers' awareness of primary school labor education needs to be updated;parents' deep-rooted concept of “emphasizing wisdom over labor” is deeply entrenched;primary school students have their own limitations.Finally,propose an improvement path: change the traditional labor education concept of“ emphasizing wisdom over labor ”;constructing Primary school labor education curriculum from the perspective of core literacy;expanding primary school labor education channels from the perspective of core literacy;enriching primary school labor education methods from the perspective of core literacy;enhancing the professional qualities of primary school labor educators from the perspective of core literacy.
