Core literacy is a fundamental and leading component in the literacy system,and it is the core of a person’s allround development and further growth.If you grasp the core literacy,you will grasp the root of education.Therefore,it is an important development direction for the reform of physical education in the compulsory education stage to construct a physical education curriculum that improves the core literacy of physical education for primary school students.This thesis sorts out and analyzes the research results of domestic and foreign authoritative institutions and organizations on the core literacy of physical education,and grasps the characteristics of the times that promote the allround development of people and social development.This thesis also combines the characteristics of physical education and the physical and mental development needs of primary school students to refine the theoretical analysis framework of the core literacy of primary physical education in line with my country’s national conditions.And based on the theory of physical education curriculum development and guided by the core literacy system,the curriculum elements of physical education and health curriculum are optimized and innovated,in order to develop a schoolbased curriculum for the core literacy of physical education in primary schools in Xiamen.This research uses the methods of literature,logical analysis,investigation and statistical analysis to investigate the current situation of the cultivation of the core literacy of physical education in primary school students in Xiamen.The research results show that:(1)The "sports spirit" index in sports morality is highly recognized.There was no significant difference between the "mutual respect" index in the sports morality factor and the "solidarity and mutual assistance" index in the sports ethics factor(p>0.05).In the sports ethics factor,the cognition and behavior of "compliance with the rules" increased with the increase of grade(p<0.05).In the cultivation of the "mutual respect,solidarity and fraternity" indicators of primary school students,they have not developed due to the improvement of grades,which is reflected in the problems of the goals and implementation benefits of the physical morality dimension in the teaching of physical education courses.(2)In terms of the selection of special skills for athletic ability,students are more inclined to such skill items as "running,rope skipping,swimming,basketball,badminton,football,and long jump"(the percentages of selection are 72.10,58.80,51.50,48.50,46.6,31.9,31.40).At the same time,the frequency of physical training can be maintained at 24 times per week.It reflects that primary school students in Xiamen pay more attention to the cultivation of athletic ability.However,there is a lack of project expansion in school sports,mainly traditional projects.(3)In the section of healthy behavior,the average score of students in Level 1 is 19.1 points(full score = 30),the average score of students in Level 2 is 19.9 points(full score = 30),and the average score of students in Level 3 is 20.9 points(full score = 30).The overall score rate of each level shows an upward trend,which means that although the physical health behavior of Xiamen primary school students has been slowly improved,there is no significant difference in the degree of improvement.It reflects the relatively weak cognition of sports knowledge in terms of healthy behaviors in sports courses.Conclusion: The implementation of the core literacy curriculum for physical education in primary schools in Xiamen is reflected in the "skills,morality,and weak behaviors".The core literacy of physical education in primary schools is that students learn through physical education courses and use physical activity as the main means to cultivate the physical morality,athletic ability and healthy behavior that are necessary for students to form a lifelong sports development.Based on curriculum theory,this research investigates and analyzes the influence of physical education and health curriculum elements on the cultivation of physical education core literacy in primary schools in Xiamen.Based on the theory of the sensitive period of physical quality development in Human Development,the law of the development of sports skills in Introduction to Human Action Development,and the theory of the moral development stage in Moral Education Theory,this study has established the schoolbased curriculum goal of the core literacy at all levels of primary school.Based on the investigation of the current situation and the theory of core quality,it is believed that the goal of schoolbased curriculum of core quality of physical education in Xiamen primary schools is to develop good physical morality,promote the improvement of sports ability,and form a habit of healthy behavior.Based on the theory of human development,the law of human movement development,and the theory of moral education,the sub goals of the course are to achieve a healthy level of physical fitness,master basic sports skills,develop scientific sports habits and active sports awareness,understand basic health knowledge,cultivate interest in sports activities,be able to abide by rules,and break through oneself.Develop the schoolbased curriculum system of core literacy under the guidance of national curriculum standards,and formulate progressive teaching objectives;The main teaching method system is large unit teaching,intensity priority teaching,interdisciplinary integration teaching method,and German physical integration teaching method;The curriculum evaluation system,which combines process evaluation with multiple evaluation means,promotes the improvement and development of primary school students’ physical education core literacy.
