Research On The Way Of Case Work Involving In The Cultivation Of Community Leaders

In recent years,the decentralization of government functions and powers has prompted communities to undertake more social functions,which,to a certain extent,has led to obstacles in community construction.Community resident leaders,as excellent human resources in a community,are usually composed of community retired elderly people who want to give play to their surplus enthusiasm and realize their ideals of public welfare.As active promoters and participants of community construction,community leaders play an important role in promoting the sound development of the community.In this study,the client A,one of the community resident representatives in L community in chongqing city,is selected as the research object.A has the potential of community resident leaders and the willingness to serve,which is representative to some extent.Research mainly adopts case study method,combined with the interview method,observation method for preparation,director of A professional relationship,enhance the consciousness of leaders,breed trouble and solve difficulties encountered,empowerment can foster six steps,including the two aspects of the individual level and environment level of empowerment,ultimately achieve the purpose of the director to become A good leader of the community residents.This study is mainly composed of four parts:The first part of the introduction is mainly about the reasons for selecting thetopic,literature review,research methods and significance,and the definition of relevant concepts.It mainly includes the background of selecting the topic and the proposal of questions.It also carries out a literature review from the domestic and foreign research on community residents' leaders to explain the research methods and significance.On this basis,the relevant concepts of this study are defined.The second part mainly analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of community leaders in community L from three aspects: the basic situation of community,the current situation of community construction,and the current situation of the cultivation of community residents' leaders.It also analyzes the environmental resources of the research object,and puts forward the deficiencies according to the current situation.Intervention of the third part is the director of case process,from A professional relationship to evaluation,including establishing professional relationships with egotism,service plans,to foster the sense of egotism leaders and ascend,solve the director obstacles in the process of intervention,the director and the external environment of empowerment can increase,eventually to director A become the leader of the community residents,and from the passive participation to active participation,leading to participate in the goal,and to evaluate the intervention process and result.The fourth part is the summary and reflection after the intervention of this study case,which mainly summarizes the path to cultivate community residents' leaders from the practice process,and reflects on the intervention process and results,and puts forward suggestions on this basis.
