| In recent years,the state and government departments have successively issued relevant policies to encourage social forces to participate in the development of competitive sports.Many new types of sports training institutions have emerged in society,and they have cultivated reserve talents for competitive sports either through cooperation with primary and secondary schools or through cooperation with sports schools.Through my own experience,the author discovered a new way for profitable sports training institutions to cooperate with elementary and middle schools to cultivate reserve talents for competitive sports.In this study,Tangshan City's "Star of Tomorrow" Sports and Dance Training Center and Tangshan No.26 Middle School were selected as case objects.A case study was carried out using literature method,interview method and case analysis method,and the following conclusions were drawn:First,the "enterprise-school cooperation" competitive sports reserve talent cultivation method is a way for profit-oriented sports training institutions to cooperate with primary and secondary schools to jointly cultivate competitive sports reserve talents.In this theoretical summary,"enterprise" refers to a for-profit sports training institution with a commercial nature;"school" refers to a formal public elementary and secondary school in the basic education stage."Competitive sports reserve talents" refer to young people who have the potential of sports,enter the training institutions organized by social forces through selection,and participate in sports training and competitions.Second,the cooperative relationship of the "enterprise-school cooperation" competitive sports talent cultivation method is mainly manifested as: after the sports training institution obtains the recognition and authorization of the partner school,it starts to form an interest club in the school,and sends coaches to the school club to recruit students.Coaches select interested and talented students from the club to entersports training institutions to organize special training.After special training,student athletes obtain the qualifications of grade athletes through competitions,in order to achieve the desire to enter the university.The cooperation between the school and the sports training institutions has improved the school's enrollment rate,the company's profitability has also increased,and the school's reputation and the company's popularity have also been improved to varying degrees,so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.Thirdly,the study finds that the cooperation point between the sports training institutions and the school is that the cooperation between the two can obtain the result of upward movement of talents and obtain their own social and economic benefits.Under the joint training of enterprises and schools,students have been promoted to schools with better quality of education through the status of "sports specialty students".The school has improved the enrollment rate and the company has obtained more benefits.Therefore,the cooperation between the two naturally comes to fruition.However,there is also a conflict of interest in the cooperative relationship between the two.Under the public opinion and the intervention of the school,the school only allows students with poor academic performance to participate in professional training for the purpose of further education,which reduces the number of enterprises with excellent academic performance but interested.Talented students have reduced the economic benefits of sports training institutions.In addition,in the "enterprise-school cooperation" competitive sports reserve talent training method,because interest and talent are the basic conditions for selection,the motivation for training comes more from the students' own internal motivation,so there is a higher Autonomy and motivation.At the same time,because the cultural learning tasks are mainly completed in school,training without delaying the learning of cultural knowledge ensures the cultural knowledge learning of student athletes,which in turn allows students to choose more according to the actual situation and development prospects when facing the choice of further education The right path. |
