Study On Training Model Of Reserve Talents Of Competitive Sports From The Perspective Of Educational Function

This article adopts literature,logical analyses,expert interviews,comparative analyses and other research methods.From the perspective of educational function,this paper discusses the problems existing in the cultivation of traditional competitive sports reserve talents in China and the reason why China does not have the ability to train high-level athletes in the current Chinese education system.The reasons are analyzed to provide new ideas for the theoretical study of the cultivation model of reserve talents for competitive sports in China.Based on this theory,new solutions are proposed in order to achieve the cultivation of competitive sports talents in China by “re-adjusting and educating people”.The narrow-minded approach has shifted from the development mode of“combine people with people” to the development of comprehensive education for people,achieving the development and improvement of competitive sports in the education system,truly returning sports to education,and giving play to the educational function of sports.Main conclusion:1.The nationwide system of China's competitive sports is the product of planned economy.2.Under the market economy,the problem of the nationwide system has gradually emerged.3.The combination of sports and education will not solve this crisis.Since the combination of sports and education,the corresponding system reforms have not materialized.The sole follow-up replenishment of elite athletes' education can not really solve the issue of China's competitive sports talents' education.4.The cultivation of competitive sports talents returns to the education system is a historical trend.With the development of society,people have changed the concept of talent cultivation.Talent development must be based on "all-round development" and sports will certainly return to education.5.The cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents is one of the functions of school education.From the perspective of educational function,the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports in China should be completed in the education system.The development of competitive sports should follow the concept of “re-educating people and light gold medals”,attach importance to the social functions of sports and regard educating people as the highest goal at? the competitive level.Raising as the key goal,in-depth implementation of the comprehensive Main conclusion:development of ideas,improvement of people's physical fitness,development of the moral quality of the entire people,enhancement the sense of social responsibility and rules of young people.
