China is a multinational country,after thousands of years of development with bright cultural treasures.With the rapid development of economy and society,the long-standing national culture is facing the risk of disappearing,and the national culture needs to be inherited and innovated.In the context of cultural revitalization,vocational schools in ethnic areas provide an opportunity to inherit and innovate national culture,and also give full play to the significance of talent training in vocational schools in ethnic areas.As an important part of national culture,national skills are integrated into professional construction in vocational schools,providing new opportunities for their inheritance and innovation.Therefore,this study takes the rejuvenation of national culture as the background,the vocational schools in ethnic areas as the main body,and selects typical cases to study for the integration of national skills into professional construction.The details are as follows:The introduction part: Based on the origin,purpose and significance of the research on the integration of national skills into the professional construction of vocational schools in ethnic areas under the revitalization of culture,firstly,the concepts of "National culture revitalization","National skills","Vocational schools in ethnic areas" and "Professional construction" are defined to clarify the scope of this study;Secondly,it combs and analyzes the domestic and foreign research literature about the professional construction of vocational colleges,the inheritance and innovation ofnational skills and the integration of national skills into the professional construction of vocational colleges,and determines the research ideas and methods and the proposed innovation points of this study;finally,it makes relevant preparations for the research.Part ?: Mainly on the cultural revitalization of national skills into the professional construction of vocational schools in ethnic areas.First of all,it discusses the theory of "Differentiated competitive strategy","Multicultural integrated education" and "Situated learning" to lay a theoretical foundation for this study;secondly,it analyzes the value orientation of the integration of national skills into the professional construction of vocational schools in ethnic areas from the macro,medium and micro levels;finally,it constructs the practice of the integration of national skills into the professional construction Frame.Part ?: Through visiting and investigating,Z Vocational Education Center was investigated and analyzed.This paper discusses the background,main measures and implementation effect of the integration of national skills into the construction of case specialty.Finally,aiming at the tourism service and management major of the case study school,it investigates the current situation of the integration of national skills into the professional construction,and analyzes the five aspects of talent training objectives,curriculum,teaching implementation,teaching staff and practice training base.Part ?: Analyzes the problems and causes of the integration of national skills into Z Vocational Education Center.Through in-depth interviews with the relevant personnel of Z Vocational Education Center,we found that the following problems were found:first,the training orientation of national skill talents was not clear;second,the curriculum setting of national skills in professional construction was not perfect;third,the comprehensive utilization rate of national skills school-based textbooks is low in the professional construction.fourth,the teaching staff of national skills in professional construction was weak;fifth,the outside of School of national skills in professional construction The construction of practice and training base needs to be deepened.Finally,it analyzes the reasons from three aspects: policy guarantee,investment and talent docking.Part ?: Finally put forward the strategy of integrating national skills into the professional construction of vocational schools in ethnic areas under the cultural revitalization.The first is to update the previous concepts and clarify the training objectives of integrating national skills into the professional construction;the second is to reform the curriculum setting and optimize the curriculum structure of integratingnational skills into the professional construction;the third is to improve the use of teaching materials and strengthen the teaching practice of integrating national skills into the professional construction;the fourth is to stabilize the teaching staff and improve the training quality of integrating national skills into the professional construction;the fifth is to enhance the training quality of integrating national skills into the professional construction Base construction,improve the practical training function of national skills into professional construction;sixth,improve the policy guarantee,crack the system guarantee of national skills into professional construction.
