Campus culture has a subtle impact on the growth of students,on their world outlook,outlook on life,the establishment of values,as well as emotional development,behavior norms,The development of comprehensive qualities,such as interpersonal relations and idealized personality formation,plays a role of "nourishing all things silently".The spirit of school plays an important role in the construction of campus culture and should be the core of the construction of campus culture.The backward level of productive forces in minority areas,the psychological characteristics and religious habits of ethnic groups restrict the development of campus culture construction in minority areas.The construction of campus culture in schools is often "thousands of schools",and the spiritual construction of schools is even more empty.White.The schools in minority areas should combine their own advantages and disadvantages,strengthen the construction of campus culture,build characteristic schools and show their national style.Therefore,it is necessary to protect and inherit the excellent culture of national tradition,train more talents to meet the needs of social development,and make the economy of ethnic areas develop faster and better.Through the investigation of the central primary school of the W Mongolian nationality in the Mongolian concentrated area,this paper tries to find out the whole through a small part,and puts forward some thoughts on the construction of the campus culture of the present ethnic school in a small way.Therefore,in order to realize the construction of campus culture with national characteristics,which is based on spiritual culture and environmental culture,Work hard.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and so on,this paper makes statistics and analysis on the present situation of the traditional culture construction of W Mongolian central primary school in the region inhabited by the Mongolians,and draws the following conclusions:first,The construction of national traditional culture,national traditional system culture,national traditional material culture,national traditional behavior culture and national traditional spiritual culture of W Mongolian center primary school are all at the general level.Second,the system culture construction of W Mongolian central primary school is less inclusive,and the system related to Mongolian traditional culture is very few,which makes the construction of school national traditional institutional culture emphasize Han culture and light Mongolian traditional culture.The construction of Mongolian traditional system culture in schools needs to be further strengthened.Third,the traditional material and cultural construction of W Mongolian central primary school emphasizes ordinary decoration and lacks Mongolian national characteristics,which makes the construction of national traditional material and culture in this school not comprehensive,and the school buildings and decorations are mainly ordinary decoration.The traditional Mongolian culture has not been incorporated into it.Fourth,the construction of traditional behavior culture of W Mongolian center primary school emphasizes the form,neglects the essence,and does not carry out the festival activities related to the Mongolian traditional culture on a regular basis,which makes the school Mongolian traditional behavior culture construction is not outstanding.Fifthly,the construction of traditional spiritual culture of W Mongolian central primary school emphasizes the commonness of primary school,neglects the national individuality of Mongolian nationality,and makes the construction of Mongolian traditional spiritual culture in this school lacking.The countermeasures of this study are as follows:first,to perfect the school management system to lay the foundation for the construction of the traditional culture of the nation;second,to carry out rich and colorful Mongolian cultural activities;Third,to create a good material and cultural environment with Mongolian characteristics;fourth,to reconstruct the spirit of school,to build Mongolian ethnic school.
