A Study On The Cultural Construction Of Yanbian Ethnic Minority Schools

Jilin Province,Yanbian minority regions,in recent years with the decreasing number of Korean students,to optimize the allocation of resources,improve the efficiency and accelerate the process of modernization of education,began a large-scale school and,especially in the rural area of Yanbian Prefecture,nine year school,Korean Chinese and Han nationality in the joint school have been increasing.But the work in the large number of students enjoy equal education at the same time,also brought many problems of school construction.Based on the Yanbian L national joint school as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interviews and other research methods,through the school spirit culture,institutional culture,behavior culture and material culture construction present situation investigation,analysis and Research on the existing problems,draw the following conclusions:first,there are some results of L of National Union of school culture construction,but the lack of systematic,comprehensive planning,the National Coalition did not reflect the features of the school.Second,the effectiveness of the construction of spiritual culture in schools is not obvious,the lack of scientific and democratic construction of the main lead.Third,the school system culture construction at a standstill,not after school A timely introduction of school rules and regulations in accordance with the feature of the school.In fourth,the school behavior culture construction has achieved certain results,teachers and students of different ethnic etiquette to promote each other,good teacher-student relationship,harmonious ethnic relations basic.Fifth,make full use of national material culture construction combined with the advantage of school,has made great achievements.But in the process of building too pay attention to the form,not towards the Han nationality culture advantage good integration.This study for future L of Yanbian,the national coalition of school culture construction put forward the following suggestions and Countermeasures:first,overall,long-term planning;second,clear the nature of the school,the school combined with prominent national characteristics;third,people-oriented,humanistic care of teachers and students of different nationalities;fourth,the integration of Korean and Chinese culture,promote the teachers and students of different nationalities good fusion;fifth,to build the spiritual culture of national characteristics,build a good campus culture;sixth,based on the school situation,the establishment of incentives combined with the regulations.
