This paper belongs to the field of management of higher education, which is the micro-management problem of higher education in the disciplines of higher education management. With the convention of national talent work conference and the implementation of talent country strategy, competition of talent becomes fiercer, it brings a severe challenge to constructing teaching troop of colleges and universities, and also creates development opportunities. Among them, building problem of teaching team is great concerned by the National Education Ministry and colleges and universities.With the development of Contemporary science and technology, comprehensive trend of science continuously strengthened, the macroeconomic environment differs from before; the traditional teaching method of "one-man operation" can't catch up with multidisciplinary, knowledge integration of multi-disciplinary ; in the information knowledge era, teaching staff should constantly study knowledge, teaching ability, model and team to improve own qualities and the professional level; students, learning requirements and the renew of ways also calls for the innovation of teaching models and methods. Colleges and universities should pay attention to teaching effectiveness to develop themselves in the fierce competition, which objectively promotes the generation of teaching team.At present, building of teaching team in China's colleges and universities is still in the initial stage, the successful experiences in this field is insufficient, in 2007,the Education Ministry / Finance Ministry funded national teaching team are only 100 ,foreign successful stories can not copy. The development of teaching team in colleges and universities based on former subjects and research section, most team also limit to the same disciplines in a university, characteristics of interdisciplinary, complementary advantages of interdisciplinary teaching team, integration of resources and efficient use ,have not been achieved. This paper focuses on the research of generating teaching team in colleges and universities, and tries to use the organization theory and team theory of organizational behavior discipline, adopting the way of interdisciplinary and structure ,to explore the nature and characteristic, with the analysis of obstacles encountered in the course of constructing teaching team in colleges and universities ,this paper puts forward causes why teaching team can not be generated and generating conditions of teaching team in colleges and universities . Firstly, this paper analyzes challenges of colleges and universities caused by the new changes in the internal and external environment, and the necessity of teaching team in colleges and universities, defines the relevant concepts, and demonstrates the necessity of constructing teaching team from multiple view, and author systematically analyzes major restrictive causes for constructing teaching team in colleges and universities; secondly ,the author focuses on obstacles of generating teaching team for colleges and universities, expounds conditions of generating teaching team. Finally, the paper supports the view according to the existing obstacles of teaching team in China's colleges and universities, and the basis of questionnaire survey and interviews.
