Study On Countermeasures Of Characteristic Primary School Football In Tianhe District Of Guangzhou City Countermeasure Research

Since 2009,when the Ministry of Education launched campus football,the development of campus football has risen to the level of national strategy.The Party and the state attach great importance to the development of campus football,and the number of schools selected nationwide will reach 50,000 by 2025.As one of the first football pilot cities in China,Guangdong province enjoys rapid economic development and abundant educational resources.Primary school education is an important stage in the whole educational process.It is also the basic stage for promoting football culture,cultivating football interest and mastering basic football skills.It is the foundation for popularizing school football.In this paper,using the literature material method,field survey method,expert interview,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics and other research methods,in order to "standard of the national campus football school characteristics" as the standard,the organization and leadership,selection of standard conditions,teaching and training of competition from four aspects as the reference standard,its purpose is to fully understand the tianhe district in the campus football features,present situation and existing problems of primary school football the results are as follows:1.Remarkable achievements have been made in the development of campus football characteristic primary schools in Tianhe District,Guangzhou.By 2019,There are 14 national campus football characteristic primary schools in Tianhe District,accounting for 14.4% of the total number of campus football characteristic primary schools in Guangzhou.In terms of organization and leadership,the tianhe district 14 have set up the leadership responsibility system,campus football features of primary schools and high school support for the better in the future to carry out the campus football,school level should be clear development goals,make development plan,perfect management system and improve the organization,perfecting the allocation of funds,update the site equipment,pay attention to the competition.2.In terms of conditions guarantee,there are still some problems,such as insufficient number of special teachers,imbalanced degree of education,and insufficient number of teacher training.Field basic equipped,meet the daily teaching,need to increase the construction of venues and equipment,to increase the number offootball teachers,and provide training opportunities,tianhe district in view of the characteristics of the construction of the elementary school special funds at a higher level than in the country,but a special fund and the planning and using situation of social channels funds still need to distribute specific rules and regulations and supervision,so as to achieve maximum utilization rate of capital.3.In terms of course teaching,the characteristic primary schools of campus football in Tianhe District of Guangzhou are characterized by single teaching content,simple teaching means and unclear teaching objectives.At the same time,the development of football school-based teaching materials is insufficient,and most of them use football teaching materials.In addition,the course setting and opening frequency are good,which can guarantee one football lesson per week.Teachers and schools should carry out targeted learning and training according to the teaching content and goals set for different grades in the National Youth Football Teaching Guide,so as to improve the quality of education and teaching.4.in terms of training competition,according to the survey,all form a football team,football organization established situation is good,but the league to carry out less,unbalanced proportion of male and female students to participate in,the students initiative is strong,team training frequency basically in twice a week,training and above basic in 40 to 60 minutes long,therefore,must strengthen the football league to carry out the quantity and quality,balanced proportion of men and women to participate in,ready to race safety protection,reduce parents security concerns,so as to enlarge the competition participation,finish the construction of training system.
