Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Campus Football Culture Development In Tianhe District Football Promotion School In Guangzhou

In July 2015,the Ministry of Education,the State Sports Administration and the National Development and Reform Commission issued opinions on strengthening campus football work,in which it was mentioned that the construction of campus football culture should be regarded as a key task,from material culture to spiritual culture.The system culture and behavior culture are carried out in four aspects.Guangzhou,as one of the cities of campus football layout in China,the scope of campus football related activities is also gradually expanding,and the atmosphere is also relatively strong.This paper uses the literature method.The present situation of campus football culture in Tianhe District Football Promotion School of Guangzhou City was investigated and analyzed by expert interview method.The main results are as follows:(1)the football venues and related equipment of Tianhe Football Promotion School in Guangzhou City can not meet the needs of teachers and students,and only14 teachers hold D-level coaches and above,and there is a serious shortage of teachers.The capital investment of match and training can not meet the demand,and the capital investment of parents in children’s football activities is mainly to update football equipment.(2)the establishment of "supervision and management system and evaluation system" in the course of the construction of campus football culture in Tianhe Football Promotion School of Guangzhou City is not ideal.(3)in the process of the development of campus football culture,there are some shortcomings in Guangzhou Tianhe District Football Promotion School,such as:(1)the facilities and equipment of football field are scarce,(2)the funds are limited and the investment is not enough;(3)lack of professional football teachers,(4)the propaganda effect of campus football spiritual culture is not good,(5)the lack of facilities maintenance,management system and evaluation system,as well as the road of the development of football culture in the future;6.The development form of campus football culture activity and the course content setting of football course are relatively single,and the problem of football appreciation activity is not paid attention to.(4)the factors that affect the campus football culture of Tianhe District FootballPromotion School in Guangzhou are mainly composed of four modules: material,system,spirit and behavior.Among them,the most important factor is the material and cultural factors,its contribution rate is 34.124%.(5)the countermeasures for the development of campus football culture in Tianhe District Football Promotion School of Guangzhou City: to create innovative football venues,renew equipment and equipment,expand the construction of teaching staff and do a good job in teacher training,increase investment in funds,This paper probes into the spiritual culture of campus football and does a good job of propaganda,perfects the supervision system and evaluation system,and carries out the activities of campus football culture from many angles and forms.
