Employee turnover rate is an important indicator to measure the final result of an enterprise's human resource management.From the perspective of the enterprise,employee turnover means the loss of human capital investment made by the enterprise among employees,which will undoubtedly cause a great negative impact on the development of the enterprise.However,in today's society,with the change of the socio-economic structure,the reform of the national personnel system,enterprise employees have become independent workers,they have strong desire to pursue personal career development.Therefore,to a certain extent,employee turnover is an inevitable problem for enterprises.How to maintain the relative stability of the workforce while rationally allocating resources and effectively manage and control the unnecessary turnover of employees has become an important task of human resources management in every enterprise.This paper selects M English Training Company(hereinafter referred to as M Company)as the research object.Company M is a foreign-funded training institution.At present,M Company has 15 chain youth English training centers in Guangzhou,and the English training market in Guangzhou has a certain scale and influence.The high rate of employee turnover will not only affect the normal operation of M company,but also destroy the corporate image of M company,and will also affect the students of M company.The problem of employee turnover in Company M urgently needs to be resolved.This paper selects Guangzhou training centers to study on the subject of the employee turnover problem and countermeasures in the English training industry.The literature research method is used in the research process of the thesis,referring to the theories and opinions summarized by domestic and foreign researchers in the process of researching the employee turnover problem.By collecting the current human resource structure of Guangzhou training centers,employees' turnover information and other materials,using interviews and questionnaires to collect the reasons and to summarize and classify the causes of employee turnover.Based on this,to propose effective solutions to the separation of different personnel and different reasons.The employee turnover problem and countermeasure research of M company can not only provide help for human resource management of M company,but also have theoretical and practical reference significance for the human resource management of the training industry in the future.
