Based on more than forty years since the reform and opening implemented under the background of market economy,the use of literature research,questionnaire method and interview method research methods of the combination of a variety of ways,for HB education group in recent years is given priority to with the teacher turnover and loss question has carried on the multi-level multi-angle investigation and research,and provide the overall image of the group of human ecology and the loss of employees on process.From the perspective of the composition of employees,the system includes the entry level,core level,function level and management level of four layers of the pyramid.Loss of group influence is given priority to with entry-level and backbone level,followed by management,almost no loss function level.Active elimination mechanism,the group company's survival time,management objectives and management level,cognitive impairment and for their own career planning,the interests of both sides of Labour and capital conflict factors resulting in the loss of the group's employees.Individual part of the employee in good standing with the teacher whether loss,even a decisive influence on the market level of group.In this paper,according to the actual situation of the group,conclude that the loss of teachers' staff,and put forward scientific advice and solution,hope to help a Lord deal better enterprise staffs loss problem,at the same time for enterprises with similarity problems in human resources to provide the reference basis.
