| Since the deepening of reform and opening up,the domestic economy has achieved rapid development,and people’s lives have become happier and more willing to pursue spiritual prosperity.The 21 st century is an era of talent competition.There is a growing recognition of the need for investment in education.A variety of training companies have developed from this.A education and training company is a postgraduate entrance examination education and training company with good development momentum in recent years.It has a certain influence in the postgraduate entrance examination and training industry.At present,it has also opened many branches nationwide.The rapid development of A education and training company has also attracted a large number of excellent talents.However,with the continuous growth of the scale of A education and training company,internal staff turnover is also becoming more and more serious.The occurrence of employee turnover not only makes A education and training company lose talents,but also affects the company’s reputation,which has a negative impact on the future development of A education and training company.In addition,some of the leaving employees will choose to enter other competitors’ companies,resulting in the loss of internal data and the disclosure of trade secrets of A education and training company,which has brought great losses to the enterprise.The author chooses A education and training company as the object of empirical research.Through questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and other analysis methods,the author hopes to help A education and training company find the causes of employee turnover and find effective solutions to realize the sustainable development of the company.According to the current situation of employee turnover in A education and training company and the problems encountered at present,this paper carries out a questionnaire survey,through in-depth interviews with on-the-job and resigned employees,understands the causes and impact of employee turnover in A education and training company,and puts forward targeted solutions.While helping A education and training company solve the problem of employee turnover,improve the human resource management level of A education and training company,reduce the brain drain rate,better motivate employees,improve their work enthusiasm and work efficiency,and promote the better development of the company.At the same time,through the investigation and research of this paper,we hope to provide reference and help for the training companies with the same employee turnover problem in the same industry,reduce the employee turnover rate,improve the level of human resource management,and realize the benign development of the company in the future. |
