With the progress of urbanization,especially in the context of the dual urban-rural pattern,China has a large number of floating population and great mobility.In recent years,family migration has become the main trend of population migration,and the number of migrant children is also rising,becoming an important part of migrant population.Migrant children live with their parents in the inflow area,and can only passively receive education in the inflow area.Due to obstacles such as the household registration system and restrictions on family conditions,migrant children on the marginalized society face difficulties in enjoying the same educational resources as urban children,and the amount of educational resources directly affects the education of migrant children and affects migrant children.development of.Therefore,improving the education of migrant children is of great significance to the education of migrant children and is conducive to the realization of educational equity and social justice.This paper uses a qualitative research method to study the problem of insufficient educational resources of floating children,and believes that by building a social support network for parents,which can promote the improvement of the current situation of insufficient educational resources of floating children.Taking the practice of the social work organization of S community in Guangzhou as an example,using a case study method,and the theoretical perspective of social support network is used to investigate the current status of educational resources of migrant children in the community through unstructured interviews and participatory observation methods.According to the analysis,it is found that the phenomenon of insufficient educational resources of migrant children is obvious,which is manifested by the limited school education resources,the weak family education resources and the ineffectiveness of community education resources.Based on the potential advantages of migrant children's parents and the community,a social work professional method is used to build a social support network for migrant children's parents.Through neighborhood assistance,volunteer support,community organization support,and community support,migrant children's parents are provided with educational economic resources,integral admission information resources,family education resources and community education resources.According to the shortcomings in the practical intervention process,suggestions are made to strengthening the institutional function construction,enhancing the participation of service targets,developing a stable volunteer team,and playing the policy advocacy function of the institution to better build a social support network for migrant children's parents,thus improving the shortage of educational resources for migrant children.
