In recent decades,services have permeated almost all economic and social sectors.With the in-depth study of relevant theories and tools of service design,service design has become more and more an effective method to study and solve practical problems.This topic choose the Creative Education Curriculum for Primary Students(CECPS)jointly developed by The School of Design of Jiangnan University and Wuxi Bridge Experimental School was selected as the research object,from the perspective of service design,deconstruction of service design is used to analyze the status of service design elements in the existing creative curriculum of primary schools.Then,through the method of service design construction,the design strategy with guiding significance is established for the Creative Education Curriculum for Primary Students project,and the Creative Education Curriculum for Primary Students service system is constructed.This paper takes the research path of combining theory and practice,combining with the basic research tools,analysis tools and depth guidance tools in service design to visually explain the research results.In the research process,firstly,analyze the research status and important results of the relevant theories of the subject,determine the methods and basic steps used in the research,pave the way for the follow-up specific research;secondly,analyze the current situation of CECPS project,the research object of the subject,with the method of service design,focusing on the analysis of stakeholders,service contact points and service processes in the project,and in the fine With the introduction of the opportunity point,the paper summarizes and refines the design strategy of constructing the Creative Education Curriculum for Primary Students service system,and constructs a set of real and effective service system under the guidance of the system construction and related evaluation.Through the above literature analysis and practical research,the author summarizes the relevant design strategies and principles,and constructs a relatively complete Creative Education Curriculum for Primary Students service system.Through practice,the system effectively improves the communication efficiency of CECPS project,improves the missing stakeholders in the original service,changes the status of viewing people's identity role from a single perspective in the service,and provides support methods and tools for different stakeholders in the service.From the results of user satisfaction evaluation and feedback,the Creative Education Curriculum for Primary Students service system can basically meet the needs of relevant groups.In addition to providing guidance for the Creative Education Curriculum for Primary Students project,the service design strategy of this study can also provide relevant suggestions for the optimization of service design in other areas of education,summarize its similarities and differences,and provide new ideas for the research and development of service design.
