Research And Design Of Online Examination System For Distance Open Education

Online examination in open education has some advantages that traditional paper examination does not possess.It can solve the problems of long examination time,high pressure,high examination cost,high absence rate,difficult management of examination.With the deep integration of information technology and education,online examination will be the development trend of teaching reform in open education.Based on the analysis of the work flow of traditional paper examination in open education,this paper presents the functional requirements of open education online examination,such as system basic data management,examination project management,examination management,examination paper management,enrollment management,online examination,marking management,score management,etc.Analyze and design the data flow chart,database E-R chart and database table structure of the system.research and design the optimization algorithm of generating papers based on genetic algorithm,the algorithm mainly selects three constraints such as the difficulty,exposure and knowledge coverage of the test papers,and automatically calculates the fitness function value of genetic algorithm according to the attributes of the test papers,the paper makers do not need to manually set the fitness function parameters,and use two-dimensional array,the system can save the test papers generated during the operation of the algorithm,reduce the frequent reading and writing to the database during the operation of the algorithm,improve the automation level and efficiency of the test paper formation,and modify the difficulty of the test paper according to the test results,so as to improve the scientificity and quality of the test paper formation.Under the development environment of ASP and SQL Server 2005,use CSS,AJAX,JQUERY and other WEB development technologies and SQL database structured query language to program and realize the functions of each module of the system.Experiments show that the system can meet the actual needs.
