Facing the new strategic pattern of “ expanding educational exchanges with foreign countries ”,how to fully implement the great Chinese dream of “ rejuvenating the country through science and education and educating a strong country ” put forward by the Communist Party of China, this is a difficult problem that all educators in the new era need to solve together. No country without virtue,no man without virtue,in order to further focus on the fundamental task of “ establishing morality and fostering people ”and strive to train new people to take on the great task of national rejuvenation,“ the opinions on deepening the reform of education and teaching to comprehensively improve the quality of education ” was promulgated by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council which call for cultivating students' cognitive ability and practical ability, stimulating the awareness of innovation and improving social participation ability.Project-Based Learning complete the project through the reasonable and logical learning steps, and use the group cooperation, the teacher-student collaboration and other ways to jointly produce finished products, just let students in the process of pleasant project learning experience become a fresh man with higher level thinking ability.Based on existing research and supported by various theories such as Bloom's classification of cognitive goals,Rohde's and Lai's item response theory,Sternberg's theory of three dimensional intelligence, and Dweck's theory of growth oriented thinking, the scientific research methods involved literature research method, questionnaire survey method, case study and statistical analysis method were used in this study.Secondly,to understand the research status of Project-Based Learning and Higher Order Thinking Skills at home and abroad, the historical documents related to the research were collected and sorted out,and the two core concepts of “ Project-Based Learning of Chemistry ” and “ Higher Order Thinking Skills of Chemistry ” were defined according to the existing research and the characteristics of chemistry. Then,in order to understand the current situation of teachers' cultivation of students' thinking ability in chemistry and the current situation of senior high school students' thinking ability in chemistry,a questionnaire survey was conducted among chemistry teachers in some areas and students in the class where the practice took place, and the learning steps of Project-Based Learning of Chemistry and training strategies of Higher Order Thinking Skills of Chemistry were summarized which combined with the currentsituation of students' thinking ability in chemistry and teaching. Finally,in order to test the development of students' Higher Order Thinking Skills of Chemistry through Project-Based Learning of Chemistry, three teaching examples of “ exploring the working principle of compound leavening agent ”,“ the magical 84 disinfectant ” and“ the chemical secrets behind color ” were designed, and two parallel classes were selected to teach the subjects, and the corresponding research results and enlightenment were obtained by investigating the changes of students' Higher Order Thinking Skills in the process of their activities from the components of Higher Order Thinking Skills of Chemistry. In a word,I'm looking forward to cultivate senior high school students' Higher Order Thinking Skills of Chemistry through the teaching cases of Project-Based Learning by combining the characteristics of chemical knowledge in senior high school. At the same time,I really hope that new soul will be injected into talents with higher level thinking ability and a “ firewood ” was added to train high-quality personnel through this research.
