With the reform of middle and high school mathematics curriculum standards, the 21 st century, the demand for education is also changing. So as to meet the need of the development of society, students need to acquire more knowledge and activity experience than traditional mathematics education, they need to learn how to solve problems, how to work in a cooperative team, their thinking ability to continue from low to high order. Therefore, this study starts from the perspective of cultivating students' higher-order thinking ability and carries out research and exploration.First of all, sort out and analyze relevant literature on advanced thinking ability and project-based learning. Then,we conducted an investigation on the status quo of the cultivation of mathematics high-level thinking ability, and obtained the feasibility and necessity of cultivating mathematics high-level thinking ability in junior middle school classrooms,as well as the implementation conditions and other aspects of information.Based on the purpose of cultivating higher-order thinking ability in mathematics,we continue to explore the relationship between cultivating higher-order thinking ability and project-based learning.Based on the above thinking,we chose the aromatic, theorem and the art of origami, the use of 45 ° and 30 ° Angle of set square spell ",the puzzle and the multiplication formula, the puzzle and the factorization, the exploration from the origami special Angle trigonometric functions of five topics for the project to study design.Learning design practice according to our project to develop the students' ability of higher-order thinking is effective. Finally, combined with the practice of project case study results,we give some suggestions about cultivating mathematics higher-order thinking ability.
