It requires people to have information literacy in the global information age.In order to adapt to the development of The Times, the new curriculum standard of information technology advocates teachers to adopt project-based learning, and students to realize the construction of knowledge, the improvement of various skills and the development of thinking in the process of completing project tasks.Meanwhile,it also emphasizes the assessment of students' learning process and USES expressive assessment language to improve students' information literacy.Performance assessment is periodical and comprehensive, which can help teachers diagnose and guide students' learning process and results in the process of project-based learning. Therefore, the Research on project-based learning of information technology in primary school based on performance assessment has certain value. After sorting out the relevant literature on project-based learning and performance assessment, the author finds that most of research on project-based learning and performance assessment remains on the theoretical level, while there is less research on promoting project-based learning of information technology in primary schools through performance assessment, and even less research can verify the effect in practice. In addition, the author also learned about the current situation of information technology project-based learning in primary schools through interviews with teachers, and found some shortcomings. Therefore, this study is implemented in the information technology curriculum of primary schools, effectively combines performance assessment and project-based learning, and constructs a teaching model of information technology. This research was carried out under the guidance of action research method, and three rounds of action research were conducted to verify the operability and applicability of the constructed teaching model.Firstly,in the first round, the author carried out teaching in strict accordance with the teaching model of project-based learning of information technology in primary schools based on performance assessment, and recorded students' performance and reaction through classroom observation and student interview. On this basis, the author reflected on the implementation process and results. Then, aiming at the problems in the first round, the teaching model of project-based learning of information technology in primary schoolsBased on performance assessment was improved and perfected, and the second round of action research was carried out to verify the operability of the model. Finally, based on the results of the first two rounds of action research, the author puts forward the corresponding project-based learning strategies,so that the constructed model of project-based learning of information technology in primary schools based on performance assessment can be finalized.Through three rounds of action research, the author draws the following conclusions: first, the teaching model of project-based learning of information technology in primary schools based on performance assessment is constructed;Secondly, the teaching model of project-based learning of information technology in primary schools based on performance assessment was applied in teaching practice and achieved good results. The operability of the model was verified.Thirdly,it puts forward the teaching strategy of project-based learning of information technology in primary schools based on performance assessment, which is helpful for the smooth development of the model in teaching.
