Research On Service Quality Evaluation Of Qingdao Sports Center Venues Opening To The Outside World

It is obvious to all that large stadiums and gymnasiums play an important role in serving competitive sports and mass sports.On the one hand,they provide a good competitive environment for competitive sports events,on the other hand,they promote the development of national fitness campaign.Since the promulgation of the No.46 document issued by the State Council in 2014,"some opinions of the State Council on accelerating the development of sports industry and promoting sports consumption",the free or low-cost opening of large stadiums and stadiums has become a new focus of work.However,the relevant research on the service quality of the current large-scale sports venues opening to the outside world is still insufficient.Qingdao Sports Center is the largest sports center in Shandong Province.It is an important sports competition venue for Shandong Province to hold the 11 th National Games.With the continuous changes of urban residents' lifestyle,residents' physical exercise has become the main content of life.How to improve the service quality of Qingdao Sports Center venues opening to the outside world has become a hot topic.By using the methods of literature,Delphi,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of service quality of Qingdao Sports Center stadiums and gymnasiums through three rounds of expert questionnaires.AHP software is used to calculate its weight coefficient1.The evaluation index system of Qingdao Sports Center venues opening service quality is constructed,including 38 indexes,including 5 first-class indexes and 33second-class indexes;2.By using AHP software to calculate the weight,in the established evaluation index system of Qingdao Sports Center venues opening service quality,the weight of the five first-class indicators listed are as follows: "a equipment and facilities"(0.3716)> "C service personnel"(0.2446)> "d sports"(0.1954)> "e other services"(0.0959)> "B venue environment"(0.0834);3.This paper evaluates the service quality of Qingdao Sports Center venues by questionnaire on the spot.After weighted calculation,the evaluation score of servicequality of Qingdao Sports Center venues is 3.9897,and the corresponding evaluation grade is "relatively good".
