A Comparative Study On The Management Model Of Ningbo School Sports Venues Opening To The Outside World

People's material standard of living has been improved,in order to meet the basic physiological needs of the residents on the basis of the pursuit of spiritual needs,improve the lives and work of the body and mind caused by sub-health status.Physical exercise has become a medical means,another important means to improve the physical condition of the people,but China's urban residents more population,lack of growing sports demand and sports venues and sports facilities,seriously hindered the pace of the national physical fitness.In this paper,the existing problems in the opening mode of the existing school stadiums in Ningbo area are analyzed,and the applicable scope and applicable conditions of various open modes are analyzed.This article will focus on the independent management,the existing school youth club,Ningbo City,three open cooperative management mode analysis,select the independent management mode of school under the crane in Jiangdong District of Ningbo city primary school and middle school through the investigation and analysis of race;youth club development management effective implementation of middle school and Yinzhou District occupation education center school;open management mode of cooperation operating under the Dongen middle school and the "Cixi model" as a case study.Based on the analysis of the three main management modes,such as management concept,management nature,organization,application scope and advantages and disadvantages of various models,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The school sports facilities resources and their own conditions are the important factors of the opening degree and the choice of open mode.2.Sschool sports stadiums in the opening of all the open mode is more in pursuit of social benefits,3.There are many problems and difficulties in the process of opening the stadium.4.School management model is more suitable for the school size is small,the management personnel is sufficient,the sports facilities are less,the old city area surrounding residents consumption level is low.Open mode 6 for the youth club has special characteristics of sports teachers of the school,the school has a traditional sports and the characteristics of the project,and is suitable for all kinds of sports facilities resources rich school.5.Open mode is suitable for the new city,the new large scale sports facilities,abundant resources,teaching management team large school,community residents around the high consumption level,strong awareness of residents sports school.6.School sports venues opening pattern presents mixed,continuous cross integration at the same time.The single mode cannot be opened to meet the needs of school sports venues open,integration of a variety of open mode is the inevitable trend of development.
