With the development of information technology,educational informationization has also made great achievements.Blending-Learning is a typical mode in the process of promoting educational informatization.People have higher expectations of Blending-Learning and look forward to it is effective path of the educational reform.However,in the process of implementation,it is not smooth.If there is no careful deployment of related links,there will appear all sorts of problems,which will affect the effectiveness of student's learning and even affect the teaching optimization study of global change.To solve the problem of low learning efficiency in Blending-Learning is unsatisfactory,it is urgent to carry out the research on intervention strategies in Blending-Learning.Through literature research,this paper clarifies the concepts of learning effectiveness,learning intervention and intervention strategies,and puts forward four intervention strategies to improve Blending-Learning effectiveness: learning prompt,learning description,learning evaulation and learning reflection.Learning prompt intervention strategies include learning resource guidance,task reminders,and verbal cues;learning descriptive intervention strategies include checklist,learning report and learning area map;learning evaluation intervention strategies include chat expression,experience ranking and experience value addition and subtraction;learning reflective intervention strategies include error correction notes,mind maps and so on.The purpose of applying the intervention strategy to Blending-Learningaims to help students improve the participation of online activities,correct the anomie behavior in the classroom,and improve the mastery degree of knowledge.By using the experimental research method,81 freshmen in a vocational college in Zhejiang Province are selected and divided into four groups to learn the ppt module content in basic computer application.At the beginning of the experiment,the teacher creates a Blending-Learning environment for the students with the help of "cloud class".Teachers and students can as usual.At the beginning of and middle of the experiment,students experience value,homework,teaching video and other learning data are collected to pave the way for the later comparative analysis of differences.The middle stage of the experiment is the intervention stage.Teacher chooses different types of intervention strategies for four groups of students,and the same group of students chose the same type intervention strategies.At the end of the experiment,teacher interviewes the students who participated in the intervention,extracted the shortcomings and advantages of the strategy implementation and strategy itself with the help of the word cloud,so as to improve the intervention strategy.The experimental results show that:(1)learning prompt strategy can improve the learning effect of students;(2)learning description strategy can improve students' learning outcomes;(3)learning evaluation strategy needs to be improved;(4)learning reflection strategy can improve students' learning effect.It is proved that the intervention strategy can promote the learning effect in Blending-Learning.Therefore,in the teaching practice of Blending-Learning,it is suggested that teachers choose appropriate intervention strategies,in order to better promote students' efficient learning.
