Learning adaptation problem is also known as learningmaladjustment,refers to the students in the learning process.Because they can not actively and effectively according to thechanges in learning conditions for physical and mentaladjustment,resulting in learning performance and physical andmental health can not reach the due development level ofearning interference.This study adopted the learning adaptabilityscale compiled by Zhou bucheng,which includes five dimensions:learning attitude;listening method,;family and schoolenvironment;independenceand perseverance.And little join asthe first connection part of education stage,students is directlyrelated to the continuity of the whole ediction process,because of the teaching form,target,content,method and many otherdifferences,from kindergarten to primary school students do not adapt to the problems,among them,learning does not adaptto the most obvious,even to its effect on academic performanceand social achievements of the future.Fron this point of view,school educators and parents should actively care about children’s entrance preparation and learning adaptability,gradually enhancechildren’s learming adaptability,so as to better integrate intothe primary school learning,to promote children’s physical and mental health development.This study is divided into two parts.Study 1:theinvestigation and data analysis of all 460 primary school freshmenby using the learming adaptability test(AAT)scale.The purposeof this study is to objectively analyze the status quo anddevelopment characteristics of learning adaptability of primaryschool freshmen,and to compare the gender differences be tween thetotal score and five dimensions of learing adaptability ofprimary school freshmen.In addition,qualitative and quantitativemethods were adopted to analyze the characteristics,causes anddifferences of learning maladaptive freshmen of the latter 27%,so as to provide a basis for Study 2;Study 2:in the present research situation,on the basis of investigation concluded there was no significant difference in the learningadaptability of selected 50 students as the research object,individed into the experimental group and control group,the controlgroup not to intervene,the experimental group received groupcounseling learing adaptability,individual counseling and fami lycounseling indirectly,after the intervention,using the samescale effect in two groups,using independent sample test forthe measurement data is analyzed,and in a month aftertrackagain for experimental measurements,to examine the effects ofintervention continuityThe following conclusions are drawm:(1)The problems of learning maladaptive freshmen:lack of learning motivation;poorstudy habits;low concentration;maladaptive school environment;Lack of independence and perseverance;incongruous family environment.The causes of the problems areas follows:1.Children’s own factors,including temperament,personality and learning interest;2.Factors of family education,including parents’ educational concept and family rearing mode;3.Factors of school education include teacher and student relationship,peer relationship and teachers’ teaching methods.(2)The integrated intervention designed and implemented in this study significantly improved the learning adaptability of aladiusted freshmen in primary school and prevented their negative development.Among them,the learning adaptation groupcounseling and individal psychological couseling in the intervention methods are especially effective in the dimensions ofleaming attitude and school envirorment.The family indirect counseling improved the family environment dimension of the experimental group,and the effect was obvious.And the effect ofintervention has some continuity.In theory,this study analyzes the characteristics of the students with leamning disability and provides a theoretical basis for carrying out group counseling on learning adaptation andcorrecting students learning adaptation.In practice,the educational intervention strategy of learning maladjustment of primary school freshmen is explored to provide specific ways and methods for schools to carry out scientific and effective learning adaptation counseling and solve the problem of learning maladjustment of primary school freshmen...
