School principal leadership styles are one of the most important factors in enhancing teachers' job satisfaction.Howbeit,in Cambodian context,there not much research conducted related to this topic.This study attempted to examine teachers' perception towards their principals' leadership styles and also to explore significant correlation between principals'leadership styles and teachers' job satisfaction.This study used quantitative method for collecting and analyzing data in order to answer the research problem questions.Two kinds of questionnaires were delivered to 200 participants from 10 selected high school in Phnom Penh City.Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire was delivered to the teacher to gain the information about level of teachers' job satisfaction and Multi-factor Leadership Questionnaire was used to rate the leadership style of their principalsThe findings showed that school principals in public high school in Phnom Penh city practiced more transformational leadership than transactional leadership or laissez faire,based on the perception of the teachers.The findings also indicated that the teachers of public high school in Phnom Penh were satisfied with their work with the current school principals'leadership style.In addition,the result from this study illustrated that the principal leadership styles were positively correlated with the satisfaction of teacher...
