Research On Cultivating The Socialist Core Values Of College Students In The New Era

The core values of socialism are condensed and proposed in the context of profound changes in the international and domestic situation.The cultivation of the socialist core values of college students in the new era is directly related to the socialist cause builders and successors with Chinese characteristics under the circumstance of international and domestic ideological interaction,the independence,selectivity,variability and difference of people's ideological activities.Cultivation has a bearing on the achievement of the socialist value goals of colleges and universities.In this regard,the new requirements of the new era are integrated into all aspects and the whole process of the cultivation of the socialist core values of college students,and the problems and challenges facing integration are discussed,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed to promote the innovative development of the cultivation work and promote the establishment of colleges and universities.The in-depth advancement of Deshu people's soul-building work will help expand the research field of core value cultivation.This paper draws on the academic achievements made by scholars and explores five aspects of the cultivation of socialist core values of college students in the new era: First,it analyzes and summarizes the previous research results,clarifies the research content,research methods and research priorities.The second is to sort out and analyze the new requirements for the cultivation of the socialist core values of college students in the 21 st century,focusing on the new requirements for the cultivation of core values in the new era.The third is to use a questionnaire survey method to summarize and analyze the current status of the cultivation work.The study believes that on the one hand,important achievements have been made in the cultivation of values,such as the formation of a relatively stable cultivation model,the increasing number of cultivation platforms,and the initial results of cultivation,etc.;on the other hand,there are still some unavoidable problems compared with the requirements of the new era For example,it is difficult to get rid of chronic diseases,the achievement of value goals is not high,and the implementation of new requirements and new programs is not true.The fourth is an in-depth analysis of the causes of related problems and theoretical explanations.It is pointed out that the main causes of the problems are: the unbalanced development of the "five educations",the inadequate cultivation mechanism of peers,and the emphasis on methods and systems over innovation.Fifth,research on countermeasures for optimal cultivation.It advocates the promotion of innovation in cultivation methods,and proposes to create a "theory +" compound cultivation method,emphasizing on the cultivation of newcomers of the times,creating a multi-subject and peer-to-peer cultivation mechanism,and building a "supervision-learning-teaching-management" collaborative cultivation system.The cultivation of the socialist core values of college students in the new era is a systematic project that shapes the soul.It is the core of establishing a virtuous person in colleges and universities in the new era.It is the common mission of "ideological and political courses" and "curriculum and political thinking".Therefore,overcoming the existing chronic diseases such as the disconnection of knowledge and behavior is the prerequisite for effective improvement of the cultivation work in the new era.Only based on the needs of economic and social development,the ideological and political education laws,and the internal logic of university growth,not only should we raise the awareness of college students on the core values of socialism,but also pay attention to their judgment of value.Requirement as a guide,integrate it into curriculum education,professional education,life education and campus cultural environment shaping,forming a cooperative training mechanism of supervision(supervision),learning(students),teaching(teachers)and management(managers)Only in this way can we cultivate builders and successors of the socialist cause in the new era with ambitious ideals,firm convictions,strong will,and good actions.
