Research On Inspirational Education Of Private College Students

Private higher education is an important part of socialist higher education in China,which plays an important role in deepening the running system,reforming and promoting the popularization of higher education.Inspirational education is an important part of ideological and political education for private colleges students.And it's an important starting point for carrying out the fundamental task of "cultivating people with morality",promoting "three complete education" and an important way to realize the all-round development of college students.It should be highly valued by private colleges.With the rapid development of the world economy,the campus of private colleges is full of pluralistic value orientation and pluralistic thought culture.The inspirational culture has been impacted to some extent,and the inspirational environment has been polluted to different degrees.Under the new era background,the private colleges students are a diverse group,they have both the commonness of contemporary college students and their own unique regularity,the new changes on the private colleges students should attract the attention of educators.However,private colleges do not attach great importance to inspirational education because they focus on enrollment and employment of students.It is an urgent problem for private colleges to sort out the problems existing in the inspirational education of private colleges and find the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of inspirational education.Therefore,the author takes this as the topic of the thesis to conduct in-depth research on the inspirational education of private college students.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part makes clear the research purpose and significance of this paper.By sorting out and expounding the research status of inspirational education at home and abroad,trying to find out the place of reference and the foothold of further research.The second part clarifies the core concepts of private colleges and inspirational education,analyzing the commonness and characteristics of private colleges students,so as to find the innovation of this paper.Through the combing of the theoretical basis,in order to provide theoretical support for the research of this paper.The third part analyzes the questionnaire and summarizes the achievements of the inspirational education of private college students.Analyzing the problems in the implementation of inspirational education in private colleges,and the reasons can be summarized as that private colleges do not pay enough attention to inspirational education,lacking of efficient teaching methods,the selection of educational content is relatively lagging behind,and the complicated educational environment hinders inspirational education.The fourth part based on the characteristics and requirements of private college students,putting forward to improve inspirational education of private colleges students,enriching inspirational education teaching content,improving the teaching of inspirational education method and optimizing the external environment such as strategy of inspirational education,so as toprivate colleges and improve the college students' motivational education effectiveness.For the inspirational education of private college students,how to adapt to the changes of students and the development requirements of the new era,we need to continue to explore in practice,so as to improve the effectiveness of inspirational education,making it play its due role in educating people.
