With the development of science and technology,the collectivity and openness of scientific research have brought challenges to scientific research management.It is difficult to cope with the new changes and challenges by relying on individual strength and wisdom alone.However,the team operation emphasizing multi-subject,interdisciplinary and complementary integration has adapted to the changes and requirements of scientific research.The university research and innovation team works together to solve problems by utilizing the knowledge and skills of each member,so as to achieve the common goal.However,in the actual team production process,due to the non-standard team management system,the diversification of the types of members,and the difficulty in coordinating the goals and tasks of the members,it is difficult for the team to achieve the goals and tasks efficiently.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the coordination mechanism of team members to ensure the efficient realization of team goals.Based on this,this paper takes the construction of coordination mechanism of university scientific research innovation team members as the research core,and the research contents mainly include:(1)Design of internal driving and guarantee mechanism for members of the university scientific research and innovation team: analyze the connotation,components and cooperation forms of the university scientific research and innovation team;From the perspective of goal and task management,this paper analyzes the goal and task of the university research and innovation team.Starting from the three perspectives of resource allocation,personality allocation and demand allocation of team members,the configuration and division of labor mechanism of team members is preliminarily designed to realize the scientization of team configuration and division of labor,so as to ensure the smooth operation of the team.(2)Under the condition of reciprocal and altruistic preferences team members for task cooperation behaviors analysis: considering the team members on the basis of reciprocity and altruistic preferences,analysis in the absence of public member of team members cooperation form,the reciprocal altruism preference,altruism and other members under the condition of scientific research innovation team members cooperation model,numerical simulation,discussed the reciprocal altruism preference,altruism and other members of the team members,the effect of the optimal amount of contribution,to ensure the team members individual goal task efficiently.(3)Under the condition of reciprocal altruism preference team members of the public contribution allocation behavior analysis,considering the team members,on the basis of reciprocal altruism preference,introducing the members of the public,analysis in public members when team members form of collaboration,the reciprocal altruism preference under the condition of scientific research innovation team members of the public collaboration model,and studies the optimal contribution amount of reciprocal altruism preference for members of the public,and the changing rule of the members of the public contribution amount.By adjusting the contribution distribution of team members,task coordination can be realized to ensure the efficient realization of team goals and tasks.(4)The university scientific research innovation team members coordination mechanism design: based on the presence of members of the public of the team members cooperation model,from the team configuration and division of labor,the task of supervision and management,team management and performance management perspective,such as establishing team driving mechanism,guarantee mechanism,regulation mechanism and feedback mechanism,realize the innovation of university scientific research team members coordination mechanism design.Finally,the effectiveness of the coordination mechanism among the members of the university scientific research and innovation team is verified through the empirical analysis of the case,and different incentive policies are proposed for the university scientific research and innovation team to promote the benign development of the university scientific research and innovation team.
