College education is based on autonomous learning is given priority to, guide the auxiliary teaching mode with teachers. Sports learning demand preference is the rise of new research direction in the field of modern sports teaching research, to student's learning and the school sports teaching has an important influence. In the current college sports teaching, the college students' physical education learning preferences and demand affected by learning style and the layered characteristics, so that physical education learning demand preferences exist certain structural differences.The general situation of contemporary college students' physical education learning problem is "love sports I don't like PE class", which is caused by one of the main reasons for students' physique level drops. Under the background of country attaches great importance to the university sports teaching to college students' physical education learning style as the breakthrough point, discusses the reform path of public sports teaching pattern in colleges and universities is particularly important.
