| Children with disabilities often face more difficulties and setbacks in their development because of physical or mental disabilities,and thus receive more attention from the state and society.In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy and society,the social welfare system in the field of disability is constantly improving and developing,and the specialization of related social work services is constantly improving.Although families with children with disabilities have a large number of social welfare resources,families with children with disabilities now have less resources to use and link to.There are some problems in the use of resources for families with children with disabilities,such as low utilization of available resources;untapped potential resources;weak ability to identify resources;and low ability to link resources.Social work as a new professional service industry,social workers can use professional work skills and methods to help families with disabled children fully tap their potential,better play their own advantages,make good use of these social public welfare resources.Based on the XX community of shenzhen as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the advantages of disabled children's families in the community at present.Taking the special service project of XX community party and group service center—— " chi mijian " disabled family service project as the starting point,this paper analyzes how social workers intervene in the community disabled children's families from the perspective of superiority,help them to use the existing resources,tap the potential resources and give full play to their own advantages.At the end of the article,the author reflects on and summarizes the problem of resources utilization of disabled children in the community from the perspective of superiority,and gives some reasonable opinions and opinions combined with his own perception. |
