A Practical Study Of Social Work Intervention In The Integration Of Community Disability Service Resources

Helping the disabled is an important benchmark of social civilization,and the development of community services for the disabled is the embodiment of the state and society’s care and help for the disabled.Community is an important community for the life and development of people with physical and mental disabilities,and an important carrier for the long-term,lasting and in-depth development of disability assistance services.Social work organizations are participating in the service of the disabled in the form of service purchase project,carrying out social work service practice for the disabled.In order to improve the quality of services for the disabled,social work resources integration is an important issue,namely in the process of social work service,social workers to help the service object out of its current predicament and help the comb and obtain from the government,communities,families,social organizations and their own resources,emphasis on through the connection between the various resources.However,due to various reasons,although there are many social public welfare resources and community resources available for community services of the disabled,the resources used and linked to are relatively few.There are some problems in the utilization of resources,such as: existing resources to be fully utilized,potential resources to be mined,resources to be dispersed to be integrated and other resource difficulties,which will lead to resource waste and restrict the development of community service for the disabled.Social workers can help the disabled fully tap their potential and give full play to their advantages by using professional work skills and methods.At the same time,it is of great significance to integrate community resources and improve the awareness of the utilization of resources for the disabled to solve the problems of the disabled,safeguard people’s livelihood and stabilize the society.This research station under the edge Angle of the theoretical basis of analysis of the present stage of guangzhou assistive resources within the jurisdiction of A street,through their own potential of mining use consciousness,improve their resources to mechanism innovation as A breakthrough for the development of resources integration,to develop community resource links,for the effective development and utilization of community resources.At the same time,relying on the project,this study built a community assistance service platform,summarized the practical path to realize the effective participation of multiple community subjects and the integration of community assistance resources.By sorting out the constraints of resource integration in community assistance services,it explored a long-term,lasting and in-depth community assistance service mechanism.It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the integration efficiency of community disability service resources from the following three aspects: capacity building of social workers,resource integration mechanism and volunteer incentive mechanism,and provides a reference paradigm for promoting community disability service.
