The Influence Of The Proportion Of Labor Income On The Coordinated Development Of Industrial Structure And Consumption Structure

The report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC fully affirmed the achievements of China's economy in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,and also pointed out that with the transformation of social contradictions,my country's economic development has entered a critical period of optimizing its economic structure and transforming its economic growth momentum.In recent years,China's GDP growth rate has continued to decline.The important reason is that the internal structure of the economy has created an imbalance.For example,weak demand and oversupply seem to be a weak demand-driven economic growth,but its essence is the result of a structural mismatch between effective supply and effective demand.Effective supply and effective demand are the two ends of socialist reproduction,and their coordinated development has become the key to stable economic growth.In the cyclical movement of production,distribution,exchange and consumption,studying the coordination of effective supply and effective demand structure is actually to study how to promote the coordination of production and consumption structure.Among the four links,income distribution is an important supporting link to the coordinated development l,and the proportion of labor income as an important feature reflecting the rationality of income distribution is the focus of the coordinated development of the industrial(production)structure and consumption structure.On the one hand,the increase in the proportion of labor income can promote the upgrading of the industrial structure through incentives for laborers;on the other hand,it can promote the upgrading of the consumption structure by enhancing the purchasing power of consumers and optimizing the income distribution pattern.The simultaneous stimulation of laborers and consumers promotes the coordinated development of the industrial structure and consumption structure.Therefore,based on this theoretical framework,this paper proposes the thesis that the proportion of labor income affects the coordinated development of industrial structure and consumption structure.Based on the review and analysis of relevant literature and theories on the coordinated development of the industrial structure and the consumption structure,the paper first defines the concept of coordinated development of the industrial structure and the consumption structure,It is proposed that the coordination between the industrial structure and the consumption structure is based on the simultaneousdevelopment of both structures to achieve optimization and upgrading.This article describes the current development of China's consumption structure and industrial structure,and innovatively uses the system coupling theory and gray correlation analysis to measure the coordination between the two structures in China's provinces from 2003 to 2016.The results show that there is a certain difference in the degree of coordination between the two structures in the provinces.The degree of coordination between the two structures in most provinces is at a medium level.However,if you look closely,the degree of coordination between the two structures in the more economically developed eastern region is lower.In general,the coordinated development of the structure and consumption structure still has a large room for improvement.Then the article systematically analyzes the influence mechanism of the proportion of labor income on the coordinated development of industrial structure and consumption structure,and collects relevant data to establish a panel model for empirical analysis.Through inspections of the country and the east,central,and western regions,it is found that The results are in line with theoretical expectations,verifying that the increase in the proportion of labor income has a significant positive impact on the coordinated development of the industrial structure and the consumption structure,and this effect is more pronounced in the eastern region.Relevently,there some advises are advanced at the end of the paper.In order to promote the coordinated development of China's industrial structure and consumption structure and promote the orderly progress of China's social reproduction,we need to continuously improve the reform of income distribution and increase the proportion of labor income;we need to increase the supply of our country.Focus on competitiveness,and give play to the driving force of science and technology and talents on economic growth.
