| On May 13,2019,the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee adopted the "Outline of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Integration Development Plan," which created a development condition for sports and also provided an opportunity for development.After the outline incorporates sports industry collaboration,collaboration among sports industries has also risen to "Yangtze River Delta Sports Integration".Therefore,this article takes this outline as a theoretical basis,and hopes to contribute to the strategic development of the sports integration of the Yangtze River Delta to a higher level and higher quality strategic collaboration.At present,the development of sports integration in the Yangtze River Delta is still in the exploration stage,so this article believes that we must learn from the successful experience at home and abroad to grasp the construction of sports integration in the Yangtze River Delta from a macro perspective.This article adopts the literature data method,comparative analysis method,big data analysis method,expert interview method,with policy as the main line,first of all,from the perspective of discussion,according to the EU sports white paper from the sports organization,sports social level,sports economic level will The current situation of the development between the EU and China's Yangtze River Delta is compared,analyzed and discussed.Finally,combined with China's national conditions,the EU's enlightenment on the coordinated development of China's sports integration is drawn from four aspects: sports industry,mass sports,competitive sports and sports culture.The study found that compared with the EU,the Yangtze River Delta region has problems such as limited collaborative governance at the organizational level.At the social level of sports,there is an incomplete sports training system,uneven distribution of sports events resources,lack of professional sports talent,The sports tourism market is not standardized and other problems.At the economic level of sports,there are problems such as unreasonable sports economic structure and slow development of sports betting industry.Therefore,this article gives the following five suggestions:1.At the government level of three provinces and one city,first of all,it is necessary to establish a sports management cooperation department for mass sports organizations,and develop the corresponding APP to be related to the health status data of the citizens of the three provinces and one city stored on the platform,and then use big data to build The sports service platform coordinates the development of sports integration institutions in the three provinces and one city,and finally encourages the entire society to jointly establish a non-differentiated sports market for the public to meet people's different sports needs.2.In terms of mass sports in three provinces and one city,the government should be responsible for sports and ensure that citizens can enjoy basic sports services through public finance by linking with big data;the sports lottery public welfare fund should be listed separately in the financial department;To jointly establish sports undertakings through the sports market to meet people's diverse needs for sports;to improve the backbone of sports teams and to improve the social sports organization network.3.Physical education in three provinces and one city needs to introduce new teaching channels and methods to improve the communication between students and teachers;it is necessary to create a unique sports culture on campus according to the school's own conditions.In the aspect of competitive sports,it is necessary to continuously export talents for competitive sports in the Yangtze River Delta region;to strengthen the integration of education and sports;to encourage qualified and capable relevant organizations and some cities to actively participate in competitive sports activities;It is necessary to combine Internet + and big data in sports training,sports facilities and equipment research.4.The development of sports integration in the Yangtze River Delta region is inseparable from the spiritual strength of the government departments and the people.Therefore,the three provinces and one city must unite as one and actively respond to relevant measures.When the ideas are put into practice,the people and athletes need to shoulder their obligations and responsibilities.They must regard the integration of sports in the Yangtze River Delta as their own responsibility and help the sports spirit carry forward. |
