The Yangtze River delta is one of the most energetic distinct with the greatest development potential and strongest economy in China, while the population development touches on the sustained development of The Yangtze River delta. Population development process of many related parameters, such as the problem of aging, family planning issues, many of these restrict parameters on dynamic fuzzy parameter, which is also an important factor of decision-making effect, this article discusses the aspects of dynamic fuzzy set theory to predict its population in the future and analyses the various indices.1. Putting forward population decision supporting model of The Yangtze River delta based on DFS and birth sex ratio rational model and growing population aging model.2. Making a need analysis of population development decision supporting system in the Yangtze River delta, and build a frame construction of decision system.3. Designing a DF database, DF model base and DF knowledge base of population development decision supporting system in The Yangtze River delta.4. Using dynamic fuzzy set theory, population development theory and decision supporting system to design the models of predicting population development decision supporting system and growing population aging problem in the Yangtze River delta.This article is a try to combine dynamic fuzzy set theory with population development theory and decision supporting system. I believe, through the research on this field development plays a certain role.
