| Gig economy is not a new term.The traditional gig economy has existed for a long time.The gig economy proposed in this article is accompanied by mobile Internet technology.In the context of the current "Internet plus",ganization way of the enterprise presents the trend of platformization,and more and more workers can obtain work compensation in a more flexible way of employment.The gig economy not only efficiently matches the supply side and the demand side,but also promotes the transformation of traditional industries and the development of emerging industries.It also creates a large number of employment opportunities and increases the income of workers.During the epidemic period,various platform enterprises not only facilitate the residents' life by "contactless distribution",but also provide short-term employment for the temporarily unemployable groups and stabilize the employment form.However,as the labor relationship is difficult to define and the labor security is not sound,this part of flexible workers are also facing a series of problems and are worried about the future development.This article takes flexible employees under the gig economy as the main research object,and takes the technical economic paradigm theory,labor supply theory and labor push-pull theory as the theoretical basis.On the basis of studying the main characteristics and development scale of this group,the article further discusses its labor relations,and sums up the challenges faced by this group.In order to further study the degree of satisfaction of flexible employee and whether they will continue to engage in such work in the future,this article takes the online car-hailing driver of Didi platform as the main survey object.By issuing questionnaires and conducting interviews and surveys,this article analyzes the personal characteristics,job characteristics and job satisfaction of this group.The empirical results show that this group is satisfied with the status of flexible employment,but different groups will make corresponding choices in the future.At the end,this article gives the corresponding optimization suggestions based on empirical conclusions and the problems and challenges faced by flexible employees. |
