| With the mature development of big data and Internet technology,the sharing economy begins to develop in depth in different application scenarios.The digital platform under the sharing economy is becoming normal force of flexible employment in China.It includes,take-out and express delivery,ride-hailing drivers,e-commerce sales,and sharing employees or part-time personnel from each online platform,etc.Government continues to issue relevant policies to improve their labor rights protection.Providing basic social security and encouraging more employees to participate in social endowment insurance have become key issues of this new economic model.This article mainly conducts the current status and problem analysis of flexible employment,personal reasons,job nature,endowment insurance cognition,and factors under the sharing economy.This article conducts investigations through questionnaire and empirical analysis.The SPSS pairs are used to conduct dual Logistics regression analysis of the data results.The conclusion is that among all the independent variables,vocational,cumulative working years,monthly income and highest academic qualifications have significant positive influence to this group to participate in endowment insurance.And.do not intend to live and receive pension in Guangzhou has a significant negative impact.Other variables have a weak significant impact on the results.Finally,this article put forward relevant improvement measures:relevant laws should be continue improved to balance each parties’interests;a dynamic endowment mechanism which matching the sharing economy shall be applied,simplify the procedure;optimize the treatment and payment of different mechanism;strengthen the government’s publicity and assistance. |
