The rapid development of urbanization has brought China's economy to a new height, followed by the increasing demand for non-agricultural land such as construction and industry. In order to meet this demand, more and more rural land has been expropriated, resulting in a large number of peasants who have lost their land.At present, there are two prominent problems among land-lost farmers in China. One is that the population of land-lost farmers,a special group, grows too fast and the population scale becomes larger and larger.Second, more and more rural people are moving to cities. This special group has not only lost the land to live on,but also has not really enjoyed the same welfare as urban residents.China's population urbanization is far from being as developed as land urbanization. To solve the problem of reemployed of land-lost farmers is also the internal requirement of the national strategic goal of poverty alleviation and acceleration into a well-off society. In line with the trend of social and economic development, this study sets up an analysis framework of "person-market-system" by mining the influencing factors of the research problems and constructing an empirical model, and makes an in-depth analysis of the re-employed of land-lost farmers in the urbanization process of Harbin.Based on this, this study carries out theoretical analysis on the influencing factors of the realization of re-employed of land-lost farmers from the perspectives of human capital, market conditions and institutional factors, and constructs the theoretical model of this study.Based on this,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the land-lost farmers.Through the description of the characteristics of the influencing factors and the analysis of the cross contingency table,it lays a foundation for the regression analysis.Paper chose the most suitable for this article research content and variables in the form of a logit regression model, combined with the regression results and literature research, theoretical basis of the regression results are fully discussed, found the landlost farmers to realize again obtain employment difficult in essence, one is the land-lost farmers old concepts in employment, education degree and non-agricultural skill limitations and find job enthusiasm fragile, etc.Second, the rapid development of urbanization process, regional industrial structure and economic development strategy and the land-lost farmers re-employed job supply did not balance the results of development. Finally, the imperfect land expropriation policy and compensation system of our government, the imperfect employment structure system and labor force related system in the transformation of urban-rural dual structure. Finally, the author gives some concrete policy Suggestions from three aspects of human capital, market economic factors and institutional environment.
